Family fun park & pick-your-own farm, closed in winter, with rides, entertainment & a petting zoo.

Remlinger Farms are the best getaway for a family weekend. It has ample activities both for kids as well as adults to get excited about. For kids under 4 years the lazy river and the bungee jump was the winner. There is a crazy big slide that can be enjoyed by all ages and rushes the adrenaline. The cafe is extremely big and has some awesome food options , do not miss the fresh farm strawberry icecream and a ping ride for kids

We had the best time here this week. Our granddaughter had a school of rock concert here and we saw the small amusement park and, though we didn't get to go to the pumpkin patch, we may the next time we are in town. The food was great and the venue was pretty amazing. Lots of photo opportunities and we saw baby deer on the road on the way to the farm. Can't wait to go back when we have more time. This would be an amazing place for kids and for families as they have really gone all out with decorations and it's an authentic farm.

Great place! Good rides. Good food and drinks. We also enjoyed the farm store. Lots to take home.

Remlinger is such a gem. The amusement park is a blast, and a very fair price for a whole day of fun for the family. It’s basically the Washington State Fair, but not crowded, and in a beautiful woodland forest instead of a Puyallup parking lot. The cafeteria can be very slow when it’s crowded (we waited 45 minutes today for our food). The food itself is fine… slightly above average for cafeteria food. The French fries though are notably good. We usually bring a picnic lunch and eat at the many available outdoor picnic tables. That’s definitely the play.

Remlinger Farms is a family tradition and we have been coming here for the last 7 years. We have watched this farm grow and each year they continue to add more fun for everyone. Enjoy a hot cup of cider, walking around the fun park to see the farm animals, take a train ride or go on a ride with the kids, they have it all! Don’t forget to stop by there market and pick up a fresh farm pie 🥧 and a plate of home cooked burgers & fries. Ever been apple 🍎 cannon shooting? Well they got that too and it’s way to much fun! They even have a full arcade most recently added. Oh my goodness, I can’t wait to come back here, best part is, you can enjoy this fun filled farm all year round.🥰 Highly recommended! Check out my pics and video.

We went there this Sunday for a birthday party. They had really yummy pizzas. The rides were super fun, train ride, roller coaster. Our 3 year to 10 year old kids had a blast. Even adults had fun. The Ferris wheel, kids Ferris wheel, goats, animal petting, kid’s canoeing was fun.Overall very lively place. With good weather it’s really good. One tip- they do not have water fountains very easily accessible so have filled water bottles handy when you visit.

Sonakshi A — Google review

Pretty good deal, we got there 10:15 and were able to park near door. Would recommend bringing food if you don’t want to wait, not much food open in the park during fall hours, but plenty of seating inside and a good cafeteria. Great value on rides and entertainment, definitely geared toward 10 and under crowd.

First time visit was amazing, the play was fantastic, there are sections for children + adults and sections just for kids. Wait times were a bit long for some rides, but others were totally free (spinning teacups was awesome). The train around the park was a nice feature, and I recommend hitting that first before going anywhere. After you visit the amusement park, area, I would also recommend getting some U-Pick Pumpkins (when in season) and buy some nice fun toys for kids.Super family friendly and we will certainly be back very often!

Really cool outdoor venue for live music. Not as big as Mary Moore, however, it is a decent size venue. Venue. I really appreciated that the beer lines ran very quickly, there were plenty of portable restrooms about, and the setting in the trees was very nice. Sound was incredible, and the staff that I encountered were all very friendly. My only suggestion would be to logistically work out getting people into and out of the venue in a more efficient manner. There were a lot of people who showed up for the show, and only three entry lines each with their own security officer who were quite thorough in checking all bags. This really slowed the line down quite a bit getting in.

Beautiful and fun place, it has several attractions to share with your children. But be careful in the big restaurant where the little trains are. Do not give your card to the cashier. My family and I went to this restaurant for lunch and at the time of paying I swiped my card and the cashier asked me for my card to swipe it again because the payment couldn't be made, I didn't see a problem, but now that I see my account From the bank, I see that in this restaurant they charged me, in addition to what my purchase receipt said, $50 more dollars for two more meals that I did not order and do not appear on my receipt. Apart from that, he had given me the incomplete order. Well, but the kitchen did solve that, which was a missing sandwich. But the collection of those $50 dollars, that was a blatant theft. And now I can't complain because, obviously, I no longer have the restaurant ticket🙁😠 because I had thrown it away after leaving this place. So be careful, and don't give your card to anyone and save your tickets 🥺😢.

Sandra G — Google review

This was our first visit but pretty sure it won't be the last! Really enjoyed the rides and entertainment. Very refreshing to see teens/young adults running the rides and they were all very sweet and helpful to my disabled family. And the Carmel apple ice cream slushie is a must!

Amber S — Google review

They had people directing traffic before and after the concert. Staff was very helpful getting into the venue. The seating area is very large. It was hot until around 6pm when the shade from the trees covered half of the grassy area. Definitely put on sunscreen. Cell coverage is nonexistent at the venue so be sure to have the tickets printed out or in your Apple wallet. I had a hard time getting the Ticketmaster app to show the tickets.I expected more food options like they have at Marymoor Concerts. There seemed to be plenty of port a potties. It would have been nice if the tickets indicated when the seating area opened. Leaving the venue wasn’t as bad as I expected but half of the crowd left before the concert ended presumably because they were worried about sitting in traffic. The sound engineers seemed to be struggling with the sound during a few of the performances.

Tyler W — Google review

Remlinger Farms is a combination of pumpkin patch and amusement park. Buy tickets online ahead of time as you get a better deal than at the gate. Parking here is easy and they have lots of it. There are a few sections to the farm, with tons of food options, bathrooms located in the middle, fall activities, and lots of things for kids. They have rides here like a Ferris wheel, giant slide, and more. It's a great place to bring the family and we love coming here together!

Matt P — Google review

Went here for a Portugal. The Man concert! I have not visited the farm prior to the show so I won't be reviewing the amusement park side of Remlinger Farms. The show was managed by STG and they were great as far as sound was concerned! Bass was heavy if especially if you're up front. The stage was very high so the band was well visible even from the crowd in the back. Food and drinks are sold in the venue and they're probably the cheapest I've seen compared to other venues in Seattle. It was a rainy day during my visit but they have plastic floor boards in front of the stage and a little walkway around the venue that takes you from the entrance up to where the restroom areas were. Overall, had a fun show in this venue!

Lennon G — Google review

Great place for young kids and reasonably priced. Hardly any lines and not super hung up on the height restrictions. My boy was close and they let him slide in on some of the attractions he was too short for. Best for age 4 - 12.

Paul W — Google review

I am a Seattle native. I had never been to this farm. What a cool place. A lot of rides for kids . A train that goes along the river. Animals to love on. Food and snacks and farm fresh pies and jams to take home. Great outing for a family. The carmel apple slushie was so good!!! Try and hit the restaurant before dinner as the lines for food and food pick up will be longer.

Scott B — Google review

Facilities not brand new kinda worn out, however it's still a great place for young kids! got cute farm animals, pony riding, not-so-scary roller coasters, train, skyline almost everything!

Jane W — Google review

For concert goes specifically......The concert area is all grass with the exception of around 100 plus arandock red plastic chairs you pay a premium of around 50 dollars extra to sit in and I believe it comes with some sort of minimal food/appetizer. People bring low profile chairs for the open grass seating. It's says up to 22 in height, but I saw many that were just above that height. The walkway through the grass area is nice to have in case it is raining heavily. The drinks were decent for going in to an event where there's no re-entry if you leave. Still cost a lot for what it was and that's kind of to be expected. The lines moved extremely fast for drinks. What is nice is that there's a large standing area up front and you can get very close to the musicians. The music sets didn't seem to last that long, but the tickets were fairly reasonable. The food did not match any menus I found online specifically for the concerts. Think basic limited items like burgers, hot dogs and chicken wraps. The lines for food were slower than drinks. There's also a minimal play area swing set for kids that's nice if they get bored of the show. There's also an absolute ton of outhouses for use. It's fairly well taken care of.

Mark N — Google review

Well I would suggest going here in the beginning of raspberry season not the end. The group that we went with little did my friend and I know it's the end of the season. The raspberries weren't that good. There wasn't very many left. There was no fresh fruits or vegetables available like we were told. So yeah it kind of sucked for what we paid to get in there and then all we did was wander around in the one big building with nothing but really expensive jams and honeys and a bunch of cheap stuffed animals I won't go back. It could be for other people. It's actually more for kids right now because you can pay $30 to go in the back of it and have your kids go on all the rides so it's pretty much for kids. Yes, very disappointing. Everything there is quite spendy. I paid oh almost $15 for a chicken sandwich. The ones I used to buy at Walmart that were frozen in a bag were better quality. A piece of chicken was about 16th of an inch thick and dry. No flavor. The fries were okay but $15 for that. That's man. They're just way too expensive

Vicki O — Google review

Went here for a Goose concert with my buddy. Parking was easy peasy, staff were nice, and the music venue was a blast.I was worried that leaving would be a pain, but the venue had it under control with people out directing cars.I only gave 4 stars because I thought drinks and food were far overpriced.I look forward to returning!

Colin G — Google review

What a cool place! Too bad they have to close for winter time…I came here over the summer and had a blast. And my son got to experience his first rollercoaster here. The admission isn’t cheap, around $20-30 a person if I remember correctly. Kids under two get in for free. They have a ferris wheel, train, panning for gold water troughs, and a bunch of smaller kiddie rides. It is basically an amusement park for littles. They have a small exhibit for farm animals, but no petting zoo. I also saw some peacocks and other birds during my train ride. One thing they could do better would be more props and scenery for the train ride. There is a part where you see some animals. But the majority of the ride lacks a theme like Disneyland ride would have. Also, they have a pedal go-kart track and it’s as boring as it sounds. Certainly can do electric go karts and just put a super low speed governor on them. My son did’t do the pedal go-karts. But he loved his pony ride. They got one of those spinning swing rides and a tall slide you go down while sitting on a hay sack. There is a restaurant, coffee shop, and brewery. The burgers are actually really good. And I enjoyed a shake too. There is also a small store that sells farm to table packaged food goods. All in all I loved this place and couldn’t give it any less than 5 stars. However, I hope they see my constructive criticism.Note: The pictures and videos are from two different visits this summer. One with my wife and son, one with my son and my Mother.

Zoo

Zoos & Aquariums

The Reptile Zoo is a well-kept and spacious facility that offers hands-on experiences with various reptiles such as lizards, snakes, and an albino alligator. Tortoises, turtles, iguanas, crocodiles, African bullfrogs, and tarantulas are among the creatures available for viewing. The staff is friendly and each reptile has personal details displayed. Visitors can also browse through the small gift shop upon entering.

This place is so cool! Inexpensive, great place to take kids. The staff is friendly, the reptiles are well maintained and easy to spot. They have so many different kinds and some ones we have never seen in person so that was a treat. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place especially if you are an animal lover or if you have a kiddo who is one

Liz H — Google review

Smaller than I imagined, but fit lots of different reptiles inside the exhibits. You can go through this in an hour maybe two if you take your time. Most exhibits are harder to see through and needs updating, which I think is happening soon.Still had a good exhibits and worth the price.

James H — Google review

DO NOT BELIEVE the lower star reviews. Bunch of vegan hippies who worship peta and post bad reviews for normal zoos. Anyways - I loved this place. The people are awesome and I saw no signs of neglect. Everything looked clean and there was definitely enough room for them considering they are rescues and unable to live in the wild. Take your kids! Not only is there tons of cool information to read as you ago, the gift shop has great prices and it’s a very fun experience

Dare M — Google review

My nephew loved this place. Like, loooooovvvveeeedddddd it! He wouldn't stop talking about all the cool snakes and huge crocodile he got to see. Not too pricey for me and little dude, we stayed for a little over an hour. Definitely want to come back for an event.

My partner and I are from South Eastern BC and would often travel to Monroe for Formula Drift; every time we passed this business I would comment how I wanted to stop there. We had travelled to Seattle in early October 2023 for my birthday and were travelling the day of my birthday so we decided to stop in at the Reptile Zoo. Not sure how we managed to plan it this perfectly, but we got there right at feeding time on a Friday. We toured through with another group and watched majority of the reptiles get fed which was a super cool experience! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he was very passionate about his reptiles; he shared a story / a memory about each and every one of the reptiles there with us. As someone who has owned several snakes in the past, I can confirm that the reptiles did not appear to be uncomfortable or in distress, as some other reviews may suggest. This was definitely an amazing way to spend my birthday and we will absolutely be stopping in again the next time we are in the area!!

Montana N — Google review

The Reptile Zoo was actually a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I brought my 2 year old and we were there for a whole hour. They can pet some of the tortoises, which is neat! Also, this is not a glorified pet shop – there are black mambas! It's super cool seeing the most dangerous snakes in the world.

Gregory P — Google review

I took my 4 year old gson with me. We had a lot of fun! We saw an albino crocodile, an alligator, lots of snakes, an iguana, lots of big and little turtles, a huge frog, and a two-headed turtle! It was super hot and humid inside. The guy running the place was super friendly and helpful!

Val G — Google review

We went with our 4 year old and we had a great time here.It has so many varieties of reptiles that you simply can't see in a zoo. That too in close proximity.I have seen some negative reviews about cleanliness of the place. Those seem too harsh. It was clean enough for us to not notice anything weird. The close encounter area where you can touch a python and an alligator was super cool.

Raj K — Google review

So cool to get to see the different reptiles and spiders. Didn't have to wait at all, walked down the hallway, bought wristbands, then walked wherever we wanted. Cool to be able to touch the tortoises too. Free parking and lots of space. Wear short sleeves because it is warm in there.

Abbi J — Google review

This place is freaking awesome! They've got a great collection of snakes and lizards, and the caretaker I met was very knowledgeable about each animal. I had a very nice conversation, and also got to pet the tortoises :D (they also have a super cool double-headed turtle)

Prajwal N — Google review

I highly recommend visiting this reptile zoo, but be sure to dress comfortably as it can get quite warm inside, which is perfect for the reptiles. I was thrilled to see the diverse range of reptiles, and it was an unforgettable experience to touch a snake for the first time and come face to face with a crocodile. These creatures are truly magnificent. While I wished the facility was better maintained and provided more spacious habitats for the animals, I understand the financial constraints involved. Overall, it's a worthwhile visit for any reptile enthusiast.

Aline C — Google review

This place is a hidden gem!! Love this place and so do the kids. Go at petting times so you can get up close and hold something

Anthony G — Google review

I recently went here with my partner and we loved it! I hadn’t been there since childhood, so seeing it again was very nostalgic🥰 The reptiles are beautiful and amazing. I have a pinstripe ball python and love snakes, so my favorite part was seeing all of the different kinds🐍

Kathryn J — Google review

Pet an alligator and a snake. Super cool selection of reptiles (snakes, lizards, alligators, turtles, frogs, etc). Pretty good layout. Note, they keep it warm! (I assume cuz reptiles be cold blooded....)

Samantha L — Google review

Great activity with the largest variety of reptiles I've ever seen!Cute fact sheets on each display, featuring some typos.Quite musky inside, but overall a good activity.

Rose F — Google review

Great!! Worth stopping here. The reptiles were incredible. The staff was friendly and informative. Don't miss petting the tortoises. Kids absolutely loved it.

Sam M — Google review

We spotted this place as we driving through Monroe WA.We went back to check it out.Admissions fee $10.96 and it is a Self Tour, but at 5pm they have a “feeding tour” which is included in the entrance fee.Be prepared as it is a bit humid in temperature for the comfort of the reptiles and other creatures to be comfortable.Lot’s of cool creatures to see.

J S — Google review

Small but it's worth a visit. Lots of cool critters to check out.

Arianna W — Google review

Such a fun spot to check out reptiles! My 4 year old and I had a blast looking at them all. Not a huge zoo, but that was good for our attention span.

Natalie D — Google review

Great place! Highly recommended to visit! Zoo stuff really cares about animals

Yuliia M — Google review

My kid had fun. We saw exotic animals. They all look3d so miserable and sad. They looked neglected. The building looked like it was borderline condemable. There was spider webs everywhere. Hazards galore. Plugs and metal and water combined. An unlocked snapping turtle cage. Rotting food in cages no water in hot cages crowded with little to no supervision. People tapping and banging on glass. Unsafe kids area with lights held by duck tape. Dirty very gross cages. Oil water. Blocked fire extinguishers. Rotting ceilings. Literally dripped water and debry onto me personally. It is so gross so sad and so dangerous. But your kids might love it. Never again. Never ever again. Should be shut down!!!!!

Justin K — Google review

We had an amazing time at the reptile zoo. My daughter was able to pet a snake and a crocodile. The experience was priceless and the admission is worth the price! Friendly staff! We would go back for sure!Update: We have returned two years later with my nephew and MIL. They have added so much more and my daughter (her second visit, too) and nephew loved it!

Great fun, even on a cloudy February day! Did the Cable Route ascent. Quite steep first mile (1400’ vertical!) but then it’s easier. Fun to loop Tiger 3 with 1 and 2, and then descent through the forest!Very green. Saw a few campers. Good idea for a future time!

Perfect legit 2.5 hour hike up and down from the High Point Way Trailhead.

Rodney M — Google review

It was good hike, it can be rocky at some part, if rain, it will be slippery. The view on clear day is amazing, I could see Mt Rainer. The other view point if u keeping up in the trail, you can see town issaquah with Lake Sammamish. If go early , it should be beautiful sunrise and It would be beautiful sunset.

Jay S — Google review

I parked below the main trailhead just off the highway as there was a sign saying a discovery pass was required. Some great trails and was extremely quiet during my hikes there. Nothing too tough and I’m sure it offers great views on clear days. Some trail areas were closed.

Jamie W — Google review

Drove up to Tiger Mountain with Seattle Paragliding outfit (located just in Issaquah). Got the best view flying around Tiger Mountain. My best and longest tandem paragliding flight so far.

David C — Google review

Had some decent hiking here. Mostly woods, with easy to traverse, but sometimes steep, trails, often with inadequate marking making our map quite useful.

Fredrik C — Google review

Finding the trail was easy enough, but parking was tight on the side of the road. The trail itself is full of lush ferns, and overgrown in some parts. We only trekked 5 miles but we will be back to explore more in the future. Also make sure to bring mosquito repellent as they were voracious around 5pm.

Matthew S — Google review

Great family friendly trails that are well kept. It is a great elevation gain and saw lots of runners going up and down. It is also very clean and the people I ran into were polite. There are Pokemon gyms and pokestops too!

Food & Drink

Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery is a picturesque estate that produces wine and offers tours, tastings, summer concerts, and food pairings. Visitors can enjoy a quick tasting or relax in the sunken garden. Limited edition varieties are available exclusively at the winery, along with widely available options at great prices. Excellent customer service includes allowing customers to taste before buying. Reservations are recommended for all those in the area who want to experience this wonderful winery.

Came here on a holiday weekend and got lucky with a walk in tasting! The whole family did the 2 white and 2 red tasting paired with the flight bites, and everything was so great! There were two bonus drinks, one at the start and one at the end, and the bartender helping us gave a great rundown of the wines and where they came from. It’s a perfect place to take parents around Woodinville. Definitely recommend!

Went mainly for a show and it was a beautiful venue especially in the summer and fall. If you have lawn tickets definitely get there early, but that’s a given. The property and its surroundings are pleasant but some of the people around aren’t, but that’s just part of wine country, culture, and costume… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ worth the trip especially if you’re going to go see a show.

We had a fantastic dinner on Valentine's night at the winery. Nicole Metcalf gave us a table right next to the fireplace. Jake was our server and did a great job. Executive Chef Michael Jordon and his staff put out a fantastic dinner.Look forward to doing this again

This review is for the potential concert goers out there. We had the low-rider lawn chair experience. I'd recommend this for anyone who can physically navigate it. We had a lined blanket and food to share. The venue is sloped so you can see the sage pretty well while seated. The vibe was great and we met a lot of nice people. Plenty of food and beverage options, and of course wine by the glass or bottle. The venue and event staff were professional and helpful. We parked off-site. We were worried that we were at the end of the line when the concert was over, but the line thinned out very quickly because the shuttle utilized coaches rather than minibuses. Would recommend!

Randy B — Google review

Beautiful spot! The winery is an incredible property, including a concert venue with an awesome summer line up. We had the feature flight, which was affordable ($30) and delicious. We got to try 2 of their whites and 2 of their reds, with an additional bonus pour at the end. Although we didn't make it in time for the tour, we were still able to explore the grounds and various spaces inside.

Silvio D — Google review

This place is absolutely amazing. Beautiful and clean park zone: squirrels, deers, geese, ducks. Lots of beautiful flowers and trees. And on the top of that - a lot of different local wines which you can buy in bottles or taste by the glasses. Definitely recommend it!

Alex F — Google review

Nice-smaller venue, 1st time there for a concert. Pricey!!!! 16 0z. Beer is $16 for a pilsner 😬😳. Food was pricey as well, you are able to bring your own food in as well as re-fillable cups !! They also have a section (at least for this concert) for high back camping chairs. I didn't see that in the Q&A/Things you should know. All I saw was the lower chairs (Tommy Bahamas style) being acceptable.

We recently visited Chateau Ste. Michelle and was thoroughly impressed. The winery's gardens are absolutely stunning, with beautifully cured flowers, lawns, and grass creating a picturesque setting. The selection of wines is fantastic. We tried both the red and white flights and found them to be exceptional. The small bites offered were also delicious, perfectly complementing the wine tasting experience.Overall, Chateau Ste. Michelle provides a wonderful experience with its amazing gardens, excellent wines, and tasty small bites. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Woodinville area. Especially if you have time book other experiences such as tours.

Everything is nice. Feeling rich and like a royal entering a castle with beautiful trees and gardens. But my husband bought a sweater for me against my will because he thinks I’m drunk. I don’t know why he loves to get me stuff everywhere we go. Oh well. Hopefully I didn’t make a big fuss in public. EDIT - The sweater is cool. Maybe my husband has better taste than I thought. Love Chateau Ste. Michelle. Cannot wait to go back.

Excellent winery and amazing food to pair with! Their view is nothing to complain. Bring your lover, your friends, and y’all will go home with tons of good pictures. The decoration inside was sooooo pretty and luxurious. Their staff is knowledeable, helpful, and super friendly. They will guide you how to choose a good wine set to taste and great bottle to buy as a gift.

Went there with some friends this past weekend. It was beautiful. We had lunch and then bought wine and sat out on the lawn to enjoy it. We will definitely be back soon.

Excellent wine for tasting and good food to go with it. Concert venue is really nice. Open area, some seating and some grass areas. Sound was great and not too bad in and out. Food and wine to enjoy the show. Maren Morris was a lot of fun.

We have been going to Chateau Ste. Michelle mainly for concerts for the last several years. It’s always a great place to bring friends, family and out of town guests. The venue is located in a beautiful setting, and they run it efficiently. The gardens are nicely manicured, and the wine shop is well organized and clean. Toward the end of the concert, pretty much everyone got up and started dancing. We had a great time and will come back for more concerts. There are a couple parking options for a fee.

Very disappointing service. We reserved and paid for the flight service, which is supposed to be 4 wine flights with tasting pairings. It took a good 20 minutes from our first pour to getting the tasting food which was really disappointing because the first bland wine really needed the flavor of the food to elevate it. But after 20 minutes we had all finished our first sip so we had to eat the first two bites with the second wine. The third pairing was awful. It had a very earthy (read dirt) flavor. By the time we got our 4th sip/flight of wine the pork belly was cold and inedible. The worst part is there was so much staff just standing around and we had to ask and wait for every little thing, napkins, plates etc. you have to go order any extra food which is a good quarter mile away and very poorly advertised (huge sign that says "kitchen" but it's not). My advice is if you go bring your own blanket/table and set up in the field and be your own service provider. Paying for "service" here is a waste. Our reservation included 90 minutes for our table and they tried to kick us out before our 3rd flight. We left and went to the Mark Ryan tasting room down the street and had MUCH better service and wine TBH. Pics are of the army of "server's" aka standers, folks being paid to chat about nothing while our food got cold.

Dina Y — Google review

We went to Pat Benatar and Berlin and the concert was great! The venue is beautiful and the sound was great. We had reserved seating in section A and the view was perfect.

Alan P — Google review

Great venue for concert and wine lovers. You can order wine online and have it shipped to your home.Concert tickets through ticket master.Parking is a little tricky. They have parking on site however you have to purchase parking early as it sold out fast. Or you can drive to the park nearby about 500 feet to park and walk to the concert. To me ride share or have your friends/ family drop off and pick works better than driving. Chateau Ste. Michelle parking is very slow to get out. Ppl honked at each other, just because they’re being impatient and have a little wine. Definitely not a friendly place to take kids here for concert. They have wine by glass, food and water for you to purchase before and during concert.Lawn seating tickets are cheaper, but you have to go early to claim a good spot.Chairs seating area is nice but more expensive.Bring blankets or umbrellas depending on the weather. But I can get cold at night.Cooler is the best to bring in your own snack and drinks.

My jaw dropped when I walked into this place! Endless options and loved the gift shop entrance. We were greeted by the hostess and they asked what we were looking for in tastings. We wanted a variety so we were guided to the Enoteca upstairs. James was our winery host and really helped assist us in andwering our questions and making sure we knew about the different options and tastings. I REALLY enjoyed 14 Hands options from dessert to dinner pairings. My husband fell in love with Erath the pinor. This stop is a must see!

I got the opportunity to shoot a small wedding here at the Chateau Ste. Michelle, and it is seriously beyond gorgeous! My couple did their vow renewal and reception in the Manor House and the artwork on display was gorgeous and every single staff member was so kind and was just a pleasure to work with!!Highly recommend the Manor house for those small weddings!

Saw Chris Isaak here. He and his band were awesome and so was this spot. Took Uber which was easy. The frozen rosē drink "Froze" was delicious and like having a wine shake with my garden burger and fries. Great night.

Oren W — Google review

We saw Gregory Alan Isakov (and some other guy) here, and it was a great show. Lovely venue, delicious food (pricey). We sat in the plastic seat section, and were comfy. The sound quality isn't great... It sounds as if someone previously blew out the bass, so it's a bit muddy and crackly. But still a great show. Wine, beer, and frose available. Wine starts at $30/bottle, beer at $16/bottle. You can bring in your water bottle and fill it at the filling stations. The porta potties are clean and plentiful. There are certain areas of the grass sections that would be really fantastic seating, but you'd have to get there early. We did the $20 parking lot with the included shuttle, and that was great. All staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location trees all around.

Columbia Winery, located in Woodinville, WA, is a renowned destination in the local wine country. It serves as a popular spot for various events such as weddings and corporate functions. The venue offers excellent food and top-notch wines that attract visitors from near and far. Visitors can also enjoy wine and cheese tasting classes with knowledgeable staff providing insights into the different types of wines available. The facility's ambiance is wonderful, making it an ideal place to savor some of the best wines around.

We were so fortunate to be able to take the wine and cheese tasting class with Shelly Fitzgerald in her final version of it prior to the facility closing. Shelly was fantastic and so were the wines and cheeses. The other 3 couples in the class were also super nice which made the whole experience even better. The facility is wonderful and it's surprising that Gallo, who is purchasing Columbia is not also taking ownership of the building. If you can squeeze in a visit prior to closing, I highly recommend it. Thanks Shelly and good luck with you new adventures.

My husband came here earlier this year and absolutely loved it. The lady was very nice and knowledgeable. We ended up joining the wine club. My husband used his email and he got an email but after that we NEVER received anything. My husband called and left a voicemail and still never heard anything. Our payment never went through. Months went by. We thought okay, I guess we will leave it alone and never go back. Another few months go by and I got a call saying something went wrong and the email address that we provided was entered wrong. But my husband did get the first one. They were nice and gave us free wine but by then we were like nope! Disappointed because it’s a cute winery but because of that they lost us as customers.

Andrea E — Google review

Nice place but you kinda get kicked out(pretty much) after finished wine testing. I asked a lady if we could stay seated little more after we paid for testing and also purchased a bottle of wine.. she said we can’t “Due to next appointment people” reason. and there was so many other tables. So if you don’t want to be rushed, drink it slow lol I guess. Or maybe we didn’t buy membership that’s why..? Anyway There’s so many other good wineries to go :) It was good enough to try once.

The world famous Columbia Winery is situated in the heart of local wine country in Woodinville, WA. Popular tourist site is also a nice special event venue for weddings, corporate functions, large catered private parties, etc. The food is excellent as one should expect. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and all smiles. Of course, the wine is stellar and that's what draws people from near and far to smell and taste some of the best wine around. The entrance and overall grounds are less impressive than its wine, especially compared to the grand Chateau Ste. Michelle winery directly across the street. Also check out other wineries in the neighborhood like JM Cellars, Novelty Hill-Januik Winery and DeLille Cellars. Book several nights at the famous Willows Lodge where you'll also feast on Pacific Northwest style cuisine, enjoy luxury spa service and literally walk to all of the wineries. All in all, worthy of a visit to this Washington State staple. Book your special event now. Cheers 🍷

Great tasting experience. Making reservations online was easy and was seated promptly. Server was very attentive. Patio seating area is nice. Flatbread was decent but wish they have more food selections.

Tina C — Google review

Many other reviews mention the fancy, beautiful atmosphere. These are spot on. I was not surprised to learn that this is a popular wedding venue. I was also not impressed with our visit. We stopped in early in the afternoon, and were told we needed to make a reservation (the place was NOT busy, but there are still restrictions due to COVID, so maybe that was it). We made a reservation for a tasting later that afternoon. We arrived three minutes early for our reservation, and were told to wait by a window. Around three minutes later, we had a server come in and seat us. I can't imagine what the point of waiting three minutes was. Just like earlier, the place was NOT busy.We arrived to our table to four matching selections for a tasting for the four of us. Each of us agreed that at least two of the selections were not something that we would have selected. I'd never been served a wine flight that I had no input on before.Overall, we felt that Columbia seemed a little pretentious, especially as the wines we tried were not that great. There was at least one of each of ours that we didn't finish, and there was one in particular that was truly disappointing. There are other venues in the area (one VERY close) that we've enjoyed more.

Woodinville Whiskey Co. is a local distiller that specializes in handcrafted small-batch brown spirits. They offer tours and a tasting room, where visitors can sample their excellent whiskies and learn about the distilling process from knowledgeable guides. The tour includes a visit to the new graineries, which were recently added to the building. After the tour, visitors have the opportunity to purchase bottles of whiskey at a small discount.

The price of tour is $100. You get a bottle of barrel proof single barrel whiskey which can be valued around $70. With a tasting of 4 different styles this is well worth it.

I recently visited your establishment and wanted to provide feedback on my experience. While I thoroughly enjoyed the quality of your whisky, there were some aspects of my visit that left me disappointed.Firstly, the service was lacking. Despite reminding the staff, I did not receive the soup I ordered, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the whisky was not served properly, no one asked if i should get coke along with just a small was kept and no water was even provided and I felt that the overall service was subpar. May be the problem was just with waitress that served me.Another concern was the cost; I found the prices to be on the expensive side. While I understand that quality comes at a price, it would be more appealing to customers if the cost was more reasonable.Despite these issues, I must commend you on the exceptional quality of your whisky, which is undoubtedly the highlight of your establishment. I hope you can work on improving the service and consider revisiting your pricing to enhance the overall customer experience.

I met a representative of Woodinville Bourbon in a local convenience store and he like so many reps knew more than I expected. And he was so knowledgeable about whiskeys, scotches and and more I was so impressed that I had come in for Tequila and left with Woodinville Bourbon! I live in Sandusky Michigan, it's a small town but your representative was outstanding!!

Great atmosphere and friendly service. Very knowledgeable and a great array of whiskey. Was a fan of the port barrel whisky. Sweet and a hint of spice.Get a flight or make your own! They have a mini barrel to age your own whiskey. Pretty cool.

I received a 750 ml bottle of the Bourbon from a friend last week. He said it had good reviews.I am here to tell the world that my friend must hate me to play a joke like this on me.This stuff is about as far from a good smooth Bourbon as the distillery is from the folks that really know how to make a fine drink.I pulled the cork and poured a glass after a busy day, expecting to relax and enjoy it. My tastebuds are recovering after trauma.I dumped it all into the Jacuzzi thinking it may help with the arthritis.I do like the glass bottle and cork. I will put part of my antique marble collection in it. Hopefully nobody gets offended when I put it on display next to the empty Johnny Walker Blue bottle that contains antique marbles.Live and learn.

Took my husband here for tasting while we were in town on Feb 18, 2024, he ended up buying a bottle for $55. Later that day, we saw the same bottle at Whole Foods for $35 at regular price. Not cool.I would return the product if we were still in the area, that is if they accept returns or at least honour the price of their reseller.More expensive at the distillery. The bottle markup is at least 57% more compared to retail.

Located in Woodinville WA and right next to the Oldest Tavern in WA.Make sure you go to their Website and book your tour in advance as they are booked out for about 6 weeks.Marcus our Tour guide is very informative and knowledgeable about the beginnings of the distillery. It is fascinating how much chemistry goes into distilling Bourbon. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.Military servicemen this place offers a discount with ID.Side note customer’s be aware when someone is making a video and Don’t walk in front of them twice while they are filming so rude! A old freind recommended we visit this tasting room when he heard we were in the area. Great facility, friendly staff. We tasted 4 different bourbon - all were truly excellent. Ended up buying a bottle of their cask strength Rye which is only available at the distillery. If you are in the area - highly Recommend.

Great place to taste some really good whiskey and bourbon. They usually have some distillery only options as well.Tasting fee is $10 I think but waived with the purchase of a bottle. The staff is professional, polite and well informed. I have had many conversations about the options offered with Garrett and Tory, so if you get one of them, enjoy the conversation.Parking is tight as they share the parking lot with Hollywood Tavern (also great!).

The whiskey tour is WELL worth the time, taking you through the process of building the distillery and creating whiskey from the ground up. Our tour guide, Morgan, was super knowledgeable and friendly, and the humans working in the distillery that afternoon were such good sports when we asked questions AND asked for fun facts. Great people, delicious whiskey, book a tour!

A birthday gift that I never tried before. It was a very pleasant surprise. I like my Bourbon neat. This was smooth and easy, with a unique flavor. Very enjoyable.

Excellent tasting and tour experience here! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and allowed plenty of time for questions. Our group of 6 we're the only ones at our time so there was space to spread out and personalize a bit. The tour itself is a bit different from the one we did two years previously, because they redid the right half of the building and got new graineries (you see these at the start of the tour outside before heading indoors). Tasting the whiskies during the tours was wonderful. And if you purchase bottles after the tour you get a small discount! Recommend for people who enjoy whiskies.

A big Thank You to Garrett for taking time on his day off to give us an incredible your of the facility. So knowledgeable and gracious. What a great whiskey. I've been a fan for years. Have loved Woodinville Whiskey for years. It’s my go to on the shelf bourbon. In addition to always having an outstanding bourbon that you can drink however you like, I love going to and visiting their special releases and events. The latest was being able to taste 3 differently finished versions of their flagship bourbon and then have them specially bottled and signed by their senior distiller. All the folks here are super friendly and informative. Love these guys. If you go in, don’t forget to check out their bourbon candle. It’s amazing for winter. Thanks to the WW team!

I was impressed by the Vegas-style inspiration and layout of the casino floor. It felt so exciting to walk in with music playing across the parking lot. My room was clean and comfortable during my stay. They had multiple food options and a cute café-style breakfast espresso stand. The staff was engaging and friendly. I can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay here at Angel of the Winds. Giving overall experience a 4/5. Yurt was very nice, clean, spacious, and cool. I especially liked that you could take the slide down to the yurt village and the walk to the dog park was nice.I would give the service we experienced while checking in a 2/5. There were two people working the front desk. When we first got there the phone rang and the lady that was checking us in answered. In my opinion this was a call that could’ve been put on hold for the 5 mins it would take to check us in, or taken care of by the other person working the front desk. She attempted to check us in while still taking the call but we had questions about amenities and adding our players card to the reservation. This was difficult to do while she was distracted on the phone. We told her we would wait until she was done to finish checking in.Although it started in this way, we overall enjoyed our stay here. They have wonderful amenities and a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time! Rooms were super clean and modern with plenty of device charging ports. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Casino floor was clean (although could use some fresh games! ;-) ). 210 had excellent food and service - try the brisket nachos. Was a little concerned about having to park a ways out as a hotel guest, but you do have the option to valet and my vehicle was safe and sound. Overall, a great experience.

The bed was extremely comfortable! We were part of a group that rented out the two virtual golf bays… The staff working the golf bays were amazing and took such good care of us! We live here in Vegas and loved the selection of gaming you had, felt just like home! If I lived in Washington I would visit more. The front desk had a disconnect w the staff that booked our blocked rooms. That was our only complaint. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family stayed in the hotel for my Nieces wedding, all of the staff was amazing, professional, courteous, and pleasant. I was taking care of my mom, who needs a wheelchair, and my brother forgot to ask for ADA accommodations for her. I called the front desk and asked if we could change rooms, unfortunately they were all booked, then the front desk called me first thing the next morning to let me know that one had come available and handled all to details.100% will recommend to all my friends who want to stay at a great casino hotel and have a fantastic time. The only downside, the mattress was so comfortable that it made me realize that I need to up my mattress game at home.

This was by far the Best casino I have ever visited. it was smoke free, clean, the employees were polite and respectful.I enjoyed the variety of slots, although I don't really gambleThe reason we came there was to enjoy a meal and we did so at the luxurious restaurant located in the back of the casino ...I forgot the name...but omg the scallops were amazing!!!Because we are veterans they explained all of the perks to us, which I've never had any casino ask me about my military status. It was much appreciated! Also, loved the gift shoppe that stays open til 3 a.m....they were delightful to talk with and I really appreciated the merchandise selection.

I cannot say anything but wonderful things about this place. The customer service is beyond excellent. They went out of their way to make me and my fiancé feel like we were VIP. Their genuine conversations were a highlight. The food is beyond amazing. I had the best steak at the steakhouse and the heritage brewing restaurant service and food were also equally amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel so special I honestly thought I was on a tv show for customer service. These people are amazing. We are definitely making our way back to this place. Highly recommend the Angel of the winds resort.

My wife and I were just there from 6/9 to 6/11. For our 15 year wedding anniversary. Overall it was pretty good but not like it was before the remodel. We are older and have trouble with mobility so we asked for a king room with handicap accessible. The room was clean but that was it. The only place to sit is on the lone office chair, the bed is not comfortable at all. When we checked out we were hurting more than when we got there. We enjoyed previous visits, but this time was it. We won't be returning.

My wife and I was celebrating our 28 year anniversary. We stayed at the hotel, attending a concert, ate at Whiskey Prime, and Cedars. The hotel room was very nice but a little pricey. We ate the best meal in the last five years from Whiskey Prime. From the appetizer, entree, and dessert. The meal was fantastic and the service was magnificent. I had the shrimp wrapped in bacon, the 18oz ribeye, and the cheese cake. The meal took me on a journey of deliciousness. We was able to meet the chef and he was delightful (Mr Dean). You can tell he loves his job and loves to serve. Barbara was our waitress and she was absolutely fantastic. We had breakfast in the Cedars Restaurant in the morning on our way home. It had a bit of a wait but it lived up to the wait. We had a great time and we can’t wait to go back. Spoil yourself and enjoy a night at Angels of the Winds Casino Resort.

I especially enjoy no smoking! Some machines have phone chargers in them. The pulled pork sandwich meal located in the bowling alley was absolutely great. All the workers I met were very cordial, their help appreciated. Also, the area put aside in the parking lot was superb, I am fifty seven feet long and had no problem parking. A bonus is that the fuel station is right as you leave the RV parking lot! With pricing that is hard to beat.

Very clean and well maintained hotel and casino. The entire place is 100% smoke free. We went there for a guys night out and stayed at the hotel one night on the weekend. Most photos were taken late morning before the place got really busy. They have good restaurants, bowling alley, and other entertainment options. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

I had a great time! The rooms were very nice. The view wasn’t bad. The food wasn’t bad and we won some money playing slots at the casino! It was our 1st wedding anniversary! The only things I could say that could change is having more comfortable beds for people like me with back and other health issues as I am disabled. Also having access to the pool and hot tub would have been nice! The customer service was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!

I go here about 3 times a week. It's a lot of fun. I usually eat at Katie's Kitchen. The food there is decently priced and it's good for a quick meal. I recommend the chilli cheese fries. They have a variety of slots to play, table games, and automated roulette. Like anything else involving gambling. Bring what you can afford to lose and know when it's time to step away. That way you can ensure that you have a great time

We stayed at the RV resort and were really impressed by everything. Very clean!! Will be back very soon. Fun things to do. Only wish sites had mature trees for added shade and privacy but saw they are all freshly planted. Also with the addition of more sites and yurts, another pool or a splash pad should be added elsewhere so that the one is not so packed.

We absolutely love this hotel. Every year we drive to Seattle for vacation in August. We drive 12 to 13 hrs to get to Seattle, but a must stop before heading into Seattle is Angel of the Wind hotel and we have never had a bad stay. The rooms are so clean and the service is above and beyond. They are so friendly and helpful. The casino is clean and smoke free, which for two people who have reaction to cigarettes smoke is a plus. We went bowling in there bowling ally which was so fun. The restaurant are amazing. The Asian fusion restaurant is mind blowing.Every morning I had a coffee from the coffee bar and perfect each time. I can't suggest this hotel more if you headed to USA. This hotel is also minutes away from the outlet mall and great shopping. See you next year Angel of the Wind❤️

I rarely write reviews. From the front desk when we arrived, to the bartenders, the waitresses in the restaurants, and everyone else from top to bottom were amazing! We live in a county with casinos, and thery are in no way comparable to what we received at Angel of the winds. . we all had so much fun and agreed that if only this place was in California, We would do family reunions there all the time. We had a great stay, your staff was amazing, the food was good, if only we would’ve won millions lol

I always fuel up here because it’s the best deal anywhere. I finally went in and got my players club card to get even cheaper fuel and some good deals when I come to the casino. A friend told me if you have a military ID you get 15% off rooms, restaurants and 15 cents off already cheap gas. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was extremely helpful, easy to talk to and gave me a few tips on how to use the card. I’ll definitely be back to check out the rest of what the area and casino has to offer. I didn’t get to check out any rooms so I can’t comment on that. I might in the future.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. The fridge wouldn’t hold a regular size To-go box for food cuz it’s so small. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Kristina M — Google review

This off-the+beaten-path casino gets a Bonus star because it's just so dang cute! Immaculately appointed common areas, with great restaurants (210 Brewery & Sports Bar and an Asian fusion restaurant that was booked-up when we arrived at 7pm on a Sunday) and crazy-cheap gas... 4 cents cheaper than the (rival) Indian gas station on I-5.

Roger C — Google review

We stayed at the RV park and were pleasantly surprised. The spots were huge, very clean, and well maintained. All of the amenities were gorgeous and we were excited to see the pool and putt-putt course was still open. We were even able to bring out dog and she loved the dog park!I highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice spot for a weekend trip or just passing through.

Located in Tulalip, Washington, just six minutes north of Marysville, the Seattle Premium Outlets is a popular shopping destination in the Seattle metropolitan area. The outlet center offers a wide range of stores with discounted prices on well-known brands. Visitors can also find Gateway Shopping Center nearby, which features major retailers and easy access from the I-5 highway.

Great deals! Awesome shopping experience!Edit- those who want to go via public transportation need to catch a bus from Bellevue transit center bay-4.I recommend checking google for more details before planning. the bus takes around 2-3 hours depending on traffic. with a car, it's 35 - 45 minutes. However, I would suggest taking a cab.

A lot of people from BC to shop here and bring back to Canada to save on taxes and have more options. The is the strength of the US.Many shops and pretty much what you need is here. Weekday afternoon, many shops is close for lunch for 30-60 minutes. Be aware of this so you don’t feel bad when the door is locked.

Richard W — Google review

Nice and clean outlet mall with great selection. Expensive compared to east coast outlets. Partially covered for rainy days. Easy to use map locators near the entrances.

Colin L — Google review

Great place to shop but crowded. Long queues in certain stores. Food court needs more variety and good customer service as people travel from far to come here

Manpreet K — Google review

The outlet is large and has many brands.Even though there are plenty of parking spaces, they are full on weekends. I spent 0.5 hours walking around and finally found a parking spot! In this case, I would suggest parking your car on the 2nd floor of the parking building, which is near the Levis store.

This is a great place to shop, especially during the holidays. It's best for clothing and shoes. It's also a great place for kids, plenty of food locations and spots to play. There is a parking lot and garage. Although it can be crowded on weekends, it always seems to have parking. Fun place to visit!

Today, my mother visited this store and had an unfortunate encounter with a sales associate. My mother, who doesn’t speak English fluently, was using Google Translate to ask for the price of an item. She had to ask twice, and instead of helping her, a white saleswoman became rude and condescending. She raised her voice and treated my mother with clear disdain. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also reeks of racial prejudice. I strongly urge others to avoid this place based on this unacceptable treatment.

Fun and inexpensive mall, has tons of discounted stores! And great brands as well . Parking lot is humongous but still gets very very packed and parking can be hard to find, especially on the weekends. Very clean atmosphere, tons of bathrooms, drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations. They also have some fun quarter machine rides for kiddos, as well as you can rent stroller car things. I wish they had more food options though, there's about 4-5 in the food court to choose from like Subway. I recommend getting off the 116th exit because the other exit gets extremely backed up. Beautiful holiday decorations.

Danielle — Google review

There were less people in the morning, but there are many people and hard to find parking in the afternoon. Pro tip: come early. Not many options in food court, but food is good. Some of the shops do have great discount, like Crocs, Kiplin, etc

ZihSiang S — Google review

The only plus size store is Lane Bryant and the selection wasn’t the greatest when I went. Lots of plus sized ladies walking around without shopping bags! I’m not taking my family there ever again unless this changes.

Sam — Google review

This place has all the premium brands you love! Also there are a lot of places to eat and coffee shops plus a proper designated food court. But it's real task to find vacant parking spots here and it is worst on the weekends.Public restrooms are super dirty here though, wouldn't really suggest you using them unless it's an emergency.

Kashvi H — Google review

Every time our family goes to this outlet, I limit my children to $100 each. It always seems we go over budget. There are some good deals provided you stick to what you have preplanned to buy otherwise you end up buying things you do not really need. Overall, it's a fun experience once a year especially at back to school time.

SunshineDaydream — Google review

Overall, I have mixed feelings about the current state of the Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip. There just seemed to be a lot less shoppers in general. The Burberry store, for example, limited the number of people that could go inside, even though there were only seven customers in total when we visited the shop. When I used to come here more than 10 years ago, the entire outlets were bustling with people, and every single shop was packed. Where do all of the enthusiastic patrons go nowadays?

Benson H — Google review

Shadow of it's former glory.Prices aren't great, some are painfully high for an 'outlet' mall.Store selection has Deminished too. It's just not the destination it used to be. This mall is simply coasting on its past and lease gouging the retailers. You used to be able to empty your wallet on deals in every store. Now just go to Levi's... They'll empty it for you... There is a reason Levi doesn't price anything in the store anymore. Because they are embarrassed at their own prices.

Best place for shopping. There are great variety of stores, few have great deals & clearance sales. I didn't like the food court that much, it gets very crowded and barely hard to find clean place to sit & eat. However, I had a great shopping experience. I highly recommend to visit this place.

Kuljeet K — Google review

It’s an excellent place to buy your needs with a discount between 15-20%. You have to check their offers as they may provide extra discounts at different days of the year. But we can’t compare it with Portland outlet as no tax there. Parking is spacious but you need to come early to ensure a slot. Foods , they have food court and other small shops and food is okay.

Hassan M — Google review

The place is good, but I had a really disappointing moment there. I shopped for a few things, went to the restroom, and put my bag on the sink. Within a fraction of a second, my bag, which had five pieces of clothing, was stolen. I don't know how security works there. People who reads review kindly be safe with your stuff .22/06/2024

The mall was very nice to be at,they got restaurants in the same vicinity,a McDonald’s too. Can’t say so much for the people who I came across the time I was there. Rude, inconsiderate, love to shoulder check you,I’m surprised there ain’t been no fights bout that. The food court was pretty good. Got chicken fried noodles before I left. Did more window shopping and did grab a few items on the way out🙂‍↕️overall, great place to be at put the a negative for the fellow customers that day🤷🏾‍♀️🤣

This is one of the best places for that in the State of Washington. I have bought at stores like Nike, True Religion & Zumiez. Every store in Seattle Premium Outlets is worth Visiting. Journeys East, located within the Tulalip Resort and Casino in Marysville, is a vibrant restaurant offering a diverse menu of Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisine. Guests can indulge in an array of delicacies from different Asian cultures while enjoying a selection of cocktails and wines. The exceptional service provided by the friendly staff adds to the overall dining experience.

First stay at Tulalip Casino. We had ordered sushi here as well, but the service and food with drinks was phenomenal. The chicken karaage on the appetizers menu section was to die for (ask for extra lemon to drizzle, truly makes a difference). We, husband and I, had just sat at the bar outside the main restaurant but still had an amazing experience. If you are at the casino hit this place up!

This was one of the several eateries inside the casino. It was my first time eating here as my friend had been here before.Food: 3/5 - We shared the fried rice and Pad Thai noodles. I rated the fried rice with chicken 4/5 as it was a decent portion with lots of ingredients. The Pad Thai shrimp was barely a 3/5. There was a weird vinegar taste in the noodles. It was the first time I had red cabbage served with Pad Thai noodles. The portion was smaller. It’s great that they have a menu at the front entrance.Service: 3/5 - average and friendly serverAtmosphere: 4/5 - nice & clean interior.Parking: 4/5 - free parking in the parking lotWheelchair: 5/5 - accessible for wheelchairs and walkers

I have been dining at this restaurant since it opened. Before COVID I dined here at least once a week. Several of the servers are familiar with my order and have always provided excellent service. However, after negative experiences on my last two visits I don’t plan on coming back.On my previous visit the expeditor, Loralei, was in a rush. She kept trying to bring dishes to our table that we did not order. When she finally did bring the dish we were waiting for she slammed it down on the table. Hard enough that I was afraid the momentum would take it off of the table. We spoke to the manager, Shannon, she apologized and said she would speak to Loralei. She did admit to setting dishes down roughly. We were assured she would receive more training and that she was a good worker that was simply trying too hard to be quick. As our previous experiences had always been positive we felt the matter was resolved. This evening was about a month after the first incident. I came in with my husband and a friend. We placed our food and drink order with the server and everything seemed fine.Loralei was the expediter again. At Journey’s the food comes out as it is made. Consequently, someone always ends up waiting for their food. We are used to this system.Loralei brought my dish. I said it was mine and she set it front of my friend. She corrected herself, but slammed the bowl of pho down. At that point I thought she may have had an issue with me because I had made a complaint about her. I tried to not think anything of it, but then a few other incidents made me think it was intentional. My friend also ordered pho. I saw a bowl of soup in the window. I did not assume it was ours until I observed Loralei run other dishes that came out afterward. Our server then saw the soup in the window and brought it over. At this time we still had not received our appetizer and my husband was still waiting for fried rice. I let the server know there was an issue and he said he would look into it.I observed three orders of fried rice go out before my husband received his. I know one of those tables was sat after ours. At this point I asked to speak to a manager. Before we spoke to the manager Loralei brought my husband’s rice out. She said “Here is a serving spoon if you want to share”. As she said this she brazenly rolled her eyes. When, Shannon, the manager came to the table (With an unknown man at her side. Did she find me threatening?) I explained that we had a negative experience with Loralei the last time we had dinner. As I was explaining this Loralei delivered our appetizer. I glanced in her direction and probably had an unpleasant expression on my face. Shannon said “Direct that towards me not her”. I can appreciate a manager that stands up for their staff, but not when a staff member is blatantly rude. I explained to Shannon that I cannot control my expressions when someone is being openly disrespectful. She said” Well, two wrongs don’t make a right”.After that I felt the conversation was going nowhere. I asked for the Food and Beverage managers contact information and both their names.Shannon said she was the manager of the restaurant. I again requested her managers information. She wrote the information on a card. According to LinkedIn she gave me the assistant managers name.I lost my appetite and asked Shannon to take my plate and remove it from the bill. Which she did. It took sometime to pay our bill. She pulled our server aside and they both looked in our direction. I assume she felt the need to warn the server about us. We had no issues with our server, Ryan, he did a good job and did his best to help resolve an awkward situation. I will be reaching out to the Food and Beverage manager. I don’t plan on going back unless they hire a better expediter and a manager that can manage.

Best Mongolian beef in Snohomish county. Portions are hit or miss. Fried rice is amazing. Beef pho is okay and works in your need a pho phix. Definitely a wait on nights and weekends. Wish they opened up at 11am instead of noon. Located inside the casino. Great service. Limited menu since Covid.

Jared M — Google review

Get the steamed Halibut! It's phenomenal 😍 🐟 🙌. Super cute and tiny restaurant so when it's busy your looking at a very long wait. I wouldn't wait 2hrs for their sushi but I would wait 2hrs for the steamed halibut again!! Wow.

Had the veg plate with a side of sashimi. Good portions and the veg was still nice and crispy. Had to wait 40 minutes at 2 in the afternoon even though the restaurant was half empty.

We went there lunch after 11am, busy and we have to wait 30mins to be seated. Food is great our fave is Karaage, pad thai and almond shrimp. Service is good as well.

Rolenda O — Google review

Nice menu and reasonably priced; service was friendly and very quick. The pad Thai and black pepper shrimp with udon noodles were excellent. A good choice if you are in the area and need food after shopping or gambling.

Been here many times but first time writing a review of this restaurant. Probably everyone knows this is a very popular place. The food is absolutely great. Would recommend the combo fried rice and Bo Luc lac… Sushi is also great too. There is no complaint except for the long line wait and a limited amount of staff working

Jihye M — Google review

The food here is excellent, but I don't understand why the wait to be seated can be so long, especially on a Wednesday at 4 PM when it's quoted at 90 minutes. There also seems to be an abundance of staff in the front of the house, with four or more people standing at the host area, yet the servers appear overwhelmed and running around. It feels like there might be a disconnect in management. The place could benefit from more efficient coordination to improve the overall flow.

Journeys East inside Tulalip Casino in Marysville is an absolute gem! The food here is consistently amazing, and I can't get enough of their fantastic menu. I have my all-time favorites, but the diverse options always tempt me to try something new. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The servers are incredibly helpful and incredibly friendly, making every dining experience feel like a special occasion. It's a five-star destination for anyone who appreciates great food and top-notch hospitality.

DJ I — Google review

The food was great. Great portions. The food came out in less than 10 minutes from ordering. Since this is a popular restaurant I’d recommend you come very early at the time they open. We had to wait 25 minutes for a table but at least they provide a text messaging option when your table is ready.

EJ S — Google review

This restaurant is located in the Tulalip Casino. The food and service was good, and the prices were affordable. The menu consist of various types of Oriental Cuisine. Be advised you may have a wait, so be sure to get on the waitlist or make a reservation.

Derrick — Google review

The good - service was super fast and the salad roll was decent. The pho had puny sized beef and the pad Thai was super bland.definitely not worth the near $50 for all three dishes.

J C — Google review

The food was pretty good. We were surprised. We really enjoyed the portion sizes and the prices weren't too bad. We would definitely eat here again. There was a 1.5-hour wait but we came early in order to account for that.

Crystal C — Google review

If I could give a negative score, I would. Very disappointed. Had so called dinner tonight at this place. First off, this place should have not accept us in the first place if they have problem with young kids. In the middle of eating our dinner, manager Shannon S. came up to our party stating that there were multiple complaints about our kids noises. We informed her that we can't stop our kids from crying. I know that everybody wants to eat in peace. They are an infant and a toddler. We are trying our best for them not to cry but we can't help it if they do. Our kids were intermittently crying but not to the point where it can cause disturbance to the other patrons. I would prob understand if my children were running around and were being obnoxious but this was not the case. I don't know exactly what this manager was trying to imply after approaching us. We didn't hear or see any customer complaints. I think it was more of a manager/staff complaints. We were near the kitchen and it was a heavy traffic area where there are lot of noises as well. The way this manager approached us is unprofessional and inconsiderate as we are also a paying customer. We didn't finish our dinner after what she told us. Lost our appetite. Just took all of our food to go since they made us feel like we weren't welcome at all. We couldn't believe what just happened. So while waiting for our check, I came up to manager Shannon S. and told her I didn't appreciate how she approached our party. Approaching the right way makes a big difference and I believe that since she's a manager that she should know how to handle this things better and appropriately. This so called "manager" didn't even apologize to us. She called her boss Tim and he spoke to me-which we already know she told her side of the story first because it took him a while to come out. At this point, we were just appalled. I felt like our conversation wasn't going anywhere as he already sided with his manager. So for the other people that has young children that will dine in this place, you might want to think twice. Definitely not a kid friendly place. Just go somewhere else.

This restaurant is inside the casino. The food was good, the portion is quite big. Service was good too, our server comes to us very often. It’s fusion restaurant, not that authentic Chinese/ Asian restaurant. Most of our food taste good, only the fry odon was a bit under seasoned( or not like what I expected. ) It’s a bit dry to me.

CHNC 0 — Google review

This restaurant is good. If you’re looking for sushi, they are not serving it right now. I was dissatisfied with the karaage but only because I have high expectations. The staff was friendly though so it made up for the food. I recommend the honey walnut shrimp or the chicken chow Mein.

Jachelle S — Google review

Dining here tonight was good. Our waitress was on top of things. Food was very fast and fresh. I will be back. Wonton was okay. Rolls were delicious. Udon noodles were great. Honey walnut shrimp was fantastic. Can't wait to try some new dishes next time. Thought the portion on the shrimp could have been bigger as there were only 10 for $18 but by the time I was done I was full and happy.

Emerald Downs is a beautiful horse racing center with track level and grandstand seats, offering dining options and special activities. It's a great place to spend an evening watching horse races, with pony rides and a bounce house for kids. The venue is well-organized with ample parking, although general parking may require a 10-minute walk on average. Visitors recommend getting tickets through Groupon for deals.

A great experience, charged atmosphere, being there to also see the final leg (televised) of the triple crown, the Belmont. Such a great day. Every staff member I encountered was so helpful, especially Denese, a tremendous person with unmatched dedication to those she interacted with. She was so kind to my autistic son, thank you. Thank you Emerald Downs for a great day.

Nyne P — Google review

This place seems OK. I would suggest if you want to get a spot in the shade you get here at least an hour before the race is to have any chance in the free seats. We got our tickets buy one get one free through Groupon so I highly recommend that to save some money and just to let you know preferred parking is $10 but if you drive one minute past the track going north you’ll come to all the free parking and basically just keep driving until you find a spot so you don’t have to pay and it is an easy walk may be five minutes total .I’m not a big fan of horse racing or horse tracks to be honest, but seems OK. I am probably mostly here to see the wiener dog races today. 🤪

Mike “ — Google review

Came here with my boyfriend for the T-Rex races, which were hilarious. I do find the parking to be messy for $20. "Premium" parking should at least be covered, right? This place needs an arcade, like ANY thing to do while you wait for stuff to happen. Its like soooo much waiting and I'm not a gambler so I get very bored and end up wanting to go home. I will say the restrooms are nice, happy they have paper towels instead of hand dryers. It also seems like a huge waste that boxes can't be rented one-time if the party that reserves it doesn't show up, tons of empty seats.

Jane D — Google review

Love Emerald Downs and betting the ponies. The $10 entrance fee is a bit high, but the concessions are reasonably priced. If the field sizes were bigger, I would give it 5 stars.

Racist !!!! went here with 7 of my family member for the corgi races yesterday and had multiple problems with the staff at this place. I had to go back to my car to put some items away and as I was walking back some teenagers thought it would be funny to yell at the top of their lungs telling me a person of color that I look just like other people of color . I ignored them but I walked past them again and it continued. The kid then laughed in my face when I told him to call his boss so I can tell him what they’re doing instead of their job. In the arcade a woman named Darla decided to come over without being asked and tell us we were too stupid to operate the change machine I had to tell this woman to leave us alone because she started yelling at my little sister over not knowing how to use the change machine with Apple Pay I told her we had it we didn’t need her help and she said yeah because someone told you what to do . Either both these instances seem to do with the color of my/our skin Darla wasn’t messing with any other people In the arcade and the valet kids weren’t yelling at anyone else. This place is RACIST

I got charged $71.70 for a T-rex costume and noticed that employees are letting people throw garbage on the ground. Even though it wasn't what I expected , I still think I'd get the correct amount on bets. The event that was experienced by me is called T-Rex World Championship Races. After this experience I'm going to try not to bet more then .0100 percent of my savings.

Suggestion , buy ahead online.Easy entry for stroller, kids and handicap.$3 fee for Schedule.Staff are helpfulLines for food are long.10 to 20 min between racesRace track level is probably best for families with kids.I would reccomend sitting near the grass with kids so they can play and not be disruptive to others. If u don't have kids, box seats or casino!Food and beer are typical prices one would expect to pay at any event. We went to watch the Corgi Races. It's a fun way to spend a day. The AC keeps the indoor seating surprisingly comfortable, and the atmosphere is fun. It's wasn't as loud as I expected either. The only downside- the food is not very good and costs more than is should - kind of like going to the movies and getting popcorn or a hot dog and a coke. Go a little early so you can get shaded seating.

Went for mother's day brunch . Was incredibly disappointed NEVER again so unorganized by the front staff from the time we walked in gate ladies could NOT even tell us where brunch was at we found it ourselves we got there they ran out of bracelet and only half my family was aloud to eat . They made us wait till they found more bracelet. Finally got a bracelet and food was terrible never even got to have a piece of bacon food staff was rude. The waiters on the other hand were AMAZING!! And the gentleman clearly our plates was fantastic 👏

What I really liked is that it's totally family friendly, and their food is out of sight ( food trucks). we found stacks hand crafted burgers, and well, you can read my review with this place yummy. So if you're thinking of going out and doing something with the family, give this a try. Parking close was only 20 dollars, and to get in was very inexpensive. We will be back

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Aunt Julie was celebrated for 50 years of service and was gracious and her employees and clients praised and thanked her and the tears and hugs were plentiful. Emerald Downs had fantastic food and beverages for 5 star quality. Her son Tim, M.C. the event with class and Mike, Chris, Joel and I with our respective date refrained from getting blind drunk and making asses of ourselves. All in all a good time was had by all

The Kubota Garden is a magnificent 20-acre Japanese-style garden that originated in 1927. Its creator, Fujitaro Kubota, was a self-taught expert in landscaping who skillfully combined traditional Japanese techniques with native plants from the Pacific Northwest. Situated in South Seattle's Rainier Beach neighborhood, this stunning park features hills, valleys, streams, waterfalls, ponds, and rocky formations.

A well designed and well maintained garden, so big and no admission fee.Shows Mr. Kubota's great effort in landscaping the plants so that every scene can reflect the beauty and balance the colour of nature. Lucky we can come with colourful Autumn leaves blooming everywhere.

Great for a midday stroll, but with some mild parking challenges. It's a fancy little Japanese foliage garden with a good selection of plant species. The garden is on a big slope and there are lots of layers in the foliage. The tall trees surround you with 360 degrees of quiet nature.I would have appreciated some plaques or pamphlets to learn about the different plants and sculptures, and their cultural significance.

Beautiful garden, many small paths to walk, ponds, nice and peaceful areas to sit and meditate. One can also walk in the sorrounding woods.Free parking, free entrance. Bathrooms avalable inside.

The Kobuta Garden was so beautiful! It is very well maintained, easy to find, and easy to park! It has its own parking lot so you don’t have to find street parking or pay. It’s totally free to enter as well. We parked and walked the park at our own pace which was very nice. Lots to see, beautiful flowers, ponds, small waterfalls/creeks, and many small trails off the main one to explore! So many cool things to see. Highly recommended especially for a free exploration in Seattle!

Beautiful and expansive free Park but a word of caution. The place is very large and the maps they provide you with are not very detailed. We finally had to ask somebody else how to get to the exit there aren't many trail markers. A great place to spend a few hours don't expect to get through there in any less time than that.

Adriana C — Google review

A nice place to enjoy nature! There are many small and tiny ponds with some fishes there. This is on a hilly area and the garden at various levels,so may be difficult for elderly persons. Rest room looks very clean. The whole area is clean and tidy and very quiet. This garden is a free entrance area.

Mannan K — Google review

This was a great place to walk around and enjoy nature. The garden is beautiful and open to the public for free. There was a small parking lot (but there were open spots). I did note that there was broken glass so I suspect it’s best to leave valuables out of sight. There are public restrooms but they are currently closed for renovations. The fall colors are still vibrant. It was very peaceful and picturesque. There are no play structures but many fun places to walk and plenty to see if you are mindful.

Larissa P — Google review

I enjoy this space a lot. I've been there when it's busy, and it was still easy to navigate and see everything without feeling crowded. Today's trip had a large group, but aside from that, it felt like we were basically there alone. gorgeous and well maintained

Cassie D — Google review

This is one beautiful park and a hidden gem of a garden! Beautiful trails are adorned by different flowers, plants and trees. The water features and ponds are great with plenty of spots to sit, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Newsha M — Google review

One of our favorite places in Seattle, so beautiful in every season! Wonderful place to explore, so well-maintained and designed, and quite popular for photo shoots. It's not that big of a park, but there are so many paths and different kinds of settings that it feels bigger and has lots of quiet, private places to sit and enjoy the garden. Stroller-friendly gravelly paths for much, but not all. Decent-sized parking lot as well. Love this south Seattle gem!

Madeleine O — Google review

Great park overall. You can take walks, have a picnic, take photos and more.Has lots of cool plants and foliage to observe year round pretty good size as well.Features an expansive trail system that takes you all over the garden but can also make you lost at times.Cool features like ponds, bridges, large rocks and large fields. Some of the ponds have large Goldfish or Catfish.Trails and parking lot can be dusty when dry and muddy and slippery when rainy.Parking can sometimes be a problem. Park is known for car break ins at times.

Shiloh L — Google review

While it is slightly out of the way in relation to downtown Seattle Kubota should definitely top your list for fall colours within the city. Unbelievably its a massive completely free of charge Japanese garden that covers a vast array of garden styles and systems. My suggestion is to attempt to traverse as much accessible pathways you can (obviously stick to those marked). Don't be afraid to follow the little packed earth or stepping stone paths that surround the two bridges for example or cover the mountain area. Those are shown on the map as greyed out paths that many likely skip. Take the long path as much as possible to enjoy all the sights and get away from your other walkers.

Keaton A — Google review

The gardens are free and it's so beautiful there! I pulled up a map of the grounds on their website, however it wasn't very useful once I got there. It is confusing to navigate because there aren't any signs throughout the gardens. There are also several signs in the parking lot stating that they have a lot of car break-ins. That made me feel a little uneasy in an otherwise tranquil area.

Heather — Google review

I enjoyed the scenery. The park is free to enter. I saw all kinds of plants, trees, fish, turle, bunnies, and squirrels. My dog 🐕 loved it as well!

Ariana J — Google review

Lovely, calm walk through the garden. A very nice way to spend part of an afternoon. Pretty views around every corner. Nice that there were bathroom facilities and easy parking. Big bonus, it was free of charge!

Dave B — Google review

This is perhaps the best garden I have ever visited. The fact that there is no entrance fee is incredible. The Kubota Garden is the best free thing to do in all of Seattle. When the fall colors are on full display, it's a photographer's paradise. Well managed trails to get your steps in. Several waterfalls make for a great backdrop for your photos. As always, bring a real camera.

Don M — Google review

Amazingly pretty park. Well trimmed and had a large variety of native greens and also Japanese maple.A visit can take 30min to 1hr depending on the type of person you are.Would recommend for those traveling to or from SeaTac into Seattle proper.

Phil L — Google review

Amazing slice of heaven on the way to Seattle from the airport. We enjoyed this garden more than the Japanese Garden. Beautiful plants, well maintained trails, and free to visit with plenty of free parking! You could spend 30 minutes to a whole day here. Plenty of shade.

Kristine Z — Google review

Beware! Love the garden, fabulous and beautiful. But your nice stroll through the garden has a high chance of ending in the discovery of your vehicle being broken into and items being stolen. We were one of two victims of this today (they took luggage and everything from the other victims), and signs across the parking lot warn of this. The reason for my one star review is that if this is such a known issue in their parking lot, they should at least have cameras installed around to deter this obviously frequent crime or have security onsite to protect their visitors. Very disappointed and not a good start to our visit to Seattle.

Stephanie P — Google review

My favorite time to visit this park is in April and May when rhododendrons and azaleas are in full bloom. The gardens are stunning then. When we went in late August this year, in the pouring rain, it was still a lovely garden but not striking.Parking lot gets full on nice days so you have to park in the street. On rainy days, there were very few other visitors. They have flush toilets. It’s a favorite place of ours to visit when we are in the Seattle area.

Karen H — Google review

A beautiful park that is larger than it seems. Multiple ponds, bridges, waterfalls/trickles, a wide variety of plants & trees, as well as a small forested area to explore. Many things to see no matter the season. Free to visit, but there is a donation box that I would recommend adding to if you're able.

Andrea H — Google review

So many trails, so many "rooms", so many passages... so many different experiences possible. I think you could come here a dozen times and have a unique experience each time. Amazing that it's free. Not the greatest Japanese garden but very nice. I'd plan to spend 30 minutes to an hour here. Donations accepted.

Trypp A — Google review

Cute Japanese style park not far from downtown Seattle. We enjoyed walking there, it was quiet and peaceful. It’s free but there was not many people when we visited.

Ivanna K — Google review

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Japan Garden! The serene beauty of the carp koi pond, surrounded by meticulously maintained trees, was a highlight of my visit. The walking paths are perfect for a peaceful stroll, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere. This garden is a true gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking a serene escape. Highly recommend!

Hiking Trails

The Burke-Gilman Trail, a converted railway corridor that stretches over 20 miles through parklands and residential areas, is a versatile multi-use pathway. This pedestrian thoroughfare stands out among interurban routes in various states due to its superior quality. While Portland boasts longer trails, they do not match the excellence of the Burke-Gilman Trail.

Goes a lot of great places! Well-traveled and has some beautiful views.

A picturesque trail perfect for both biking and running. It's entirely paved and impeccably maintained.

Bryon H — Google review

One of the best trails in Seattle. Hope they finish the missing link that connects Golden Gardens to the rest of the trail!

Wahots W — Google review

Not a bad walk. Would be better if you had better views of the water and less traffic noise in parts but overall is an ok walk. May be better to cycle than walk to get to other parts of the trail faster.

Amira C — Google review

Walked from Fremont to Greenlake! Beautiful by the water views.

This is the most popular trail in the Bothell/Seattle area. It connects Woodinville to Seattle and is famous among cyclists. There are many scenic views that run along Lake Washington.

Alex B — Google review

The segment from Kenmore to Matthews beach is good for walking, running, or biking, as it's flat with minimal crossing streets. The views could be better (it's mostly people's backyards on this segment, to be honest), but it's still a good place for a long walk/ride/run. The trail supports about 3-4 people across, and traffic gets a little high on weekends, so if you go, be sure and mind your trail manners:Bikers - The speed limit is 15 mph and you have to yield to pedestrians. It is not uncommon to get buzzed by packs of road cyclists going way over 15.Runners - Stay to the right, even if the unofficial dirt path you want to run in is on the other side of the trail. I often see people running 2 wide on the left side just so 1 of them can be on the dirt and it creates lots of problems.Walkers - You have ultimate ROW, but please don't abuse it. If you want to stop and chat, move to the side so others can pass.Dog Walkers - Keep your pets close to you and on the right side of the trail if possible. I see near-collisions with dogs almost every time I go out. And please don't hang poop bags on fences.

Brad B — Google review

Walked the loop. Great way to see Gaslight park.

Mavis N — Google review

This “trail” , pedestrian byway is the best interurban route I’ve seen in any state. Portland, Oregon also has some that have longer duration but that are far lower quality. As a basic commuter on foot, or runner or even a person an a cane. If you are looking for a cozy urban woodland feel or a way to avoid traffic as a cyclist, it’s unbeatable in all ways. IT HAS NO LIGHTING after dark so beware to time your trips appropriately or bring the right gear. Bicycle times for trip are almost completely inaccurate. So plan added time for those commutes.

Tim M — Google review

It’s beautiful with all its fall covered leaves. Wide enough path so nobody is near each other.

Museums

The Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum, located in a restored hangar, features an impressive collection of military aircraft and weapons from the years 1935 to 1945. The museum boasts top-notch facilities and showcases vintage aeroplanes in excellent condition. Its staff are highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the exhibits on display. It is undoubtedly one of the world's premier collections of significant military equipment, providing a vital legacy for future generations to appreciate.

If you have the chance to visit this museum, I highly recommend it. took my family to the fly days and other events (Wine night and Tanktober-fest). I live down the road from this place and took it for granted, then the pandemic hit and closed it for 3 years. Then with new ownership, I thought this impressive collection was lost to the area. But it remains for the time being. Visit and appreciate the awesome collection. Hopefully they continue to do demonstrations whether it's the tanks or planes.

The_Evil_Scooter — Google review

Amazing museum! We had a wonderful time! What an amazing collection of aircraft and vehicles! We talked to several of the staff who were around the museum and they were all super friendly and informative. We will definitely be coming back.

Andy E — Google review

We took our three young boys here during the summer and had a phenomenal experience at the museum. The unique installations of one-of-a-kind airplanes and vehicles that are often the last remaining specimens of their kind is truly valuable. The fact that many of these wartime machines saw combat action and lived to tell the tale is awe inspiring and humbling to behold. The staff and volunteers were kind, courteous, and helpful, and truly added to the overall positive experience. I would recommend this as an excellent way to spend a few hours fully immersed in the historical reality of war—and the machines that served as the instruments of conflict. Highly recommended.

James T — Google review

I went to the grand reopening of this amazing museum. You get to wander 3 hangars of pure wonder and history. I had an amazing day returning after 3 long years away, they have three opportunities to watch demonstrations of their tanks. I highly recommend going here to support them!Pictured: CORSAIR, B-25, P-51 MUSTANG and the SPITFIRE

Casey O — Google review

Great museum with some planes that are the last of their kind. Most of the planes and tanks are fully operational. I was told that in the past, and hopefully in the future, some of these planes and tanks are flown/driven in demonstrations on holidays, including firing the tanks (with blanks). There is an interactive educational section as well. The docents were friendly and helpful with a decent amount of knowledge.

Stephen L — Google review

Amazing presentation and the volunteers were very welcoming and helpful. Had one come over and ask wanna hear a cool story randomly.... story he told set the tone for how neat the museum would be. Some very rare historic pieces that I never would have seen other wise.

Mike — Google review

What an amazing day. I was expecting a couple of hangers with a few restored war birds. Boy, was I wrong! They actually have more ground vehicles than aircraft now (mostly tanks), but this takes nothing from the aviation and historical information. The theater, and interactive history of war (touch screens, audio-visual presentations, etc) is amazingly well done, and the pictorial timelines meticulously laid out on the walls are visually stimulating and educational. I was surprised at some of the artifacts that were on display, but you should just see for yourself! The highlights of my visit were the stories behind some of the aircraft and the associated people, as shared by Rick. His passion for the history of both the aircraft and the museum made for a very special day. I got to learn a lot about the back stories of the aircraft, as well as the people associated with them. I will definitely be making the trip back to be there for an upcoming flight day! Thanks again to Rick for the outstanding tour!!

Scott L — Google review

The best collection of WW II warbirds that I've seen since Planes of Fame in Chino. Meticulously restored, airworthy historical planes. The ground combat vehicles were nice to see, but I came to see the planes. Only gripe is having to endure inappropriately loud visitors that pushed me aside & talked about things unrelated to the museum.

Steven C — Google review

Wow what a great way to spend a few hours. It's a great mix of planes--a mind-blowing number of which still fly--and vehicles. The displays are well-described on plaques and banners. And there are several roving volunteers to answer questions. We had great conversations with David who knew his stuff and was the friendliest guy we met all week. Highly recommended. Be sure to look through the fence at the new green Boeings and the military ramp.

Todd B — Google review

The museum showcases a vast array of vintage planes, each with its own unique story and history. The exhibits are meticulously maintained and presented, offering a fascinating glimpse into the world of aviation. The staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, eager to share their expertise

This place is amazing! So much to see and learn. My boyfriend and I visited a week or so ago and had a fantastic tour guide, Paul, who showed us around. We learned so much! We will definitely be returning.

I took my 5-year-old grandson on Saturday!! That was my first time ever visiting the museum as well as him we both had a great time seeing all the different tanks helicopters planes even saw the atomic bomb. This museum is huge they have three different buildings along with picture slideshows telling you all about the war and the effects that war has on the world along with videos of sunken warships that have been found over the years very educational

Jessica L — Google review

Found this museum by accident, and I am so glad we did! This is one of the most extensive exciting museums we have ever been to.I don't want to spoil all the incredible things to see here, but definitely add it to your list.We will be back the next time we are in the area. My 14 yr old son, who is way into airplanes and history, was blown away. Especially the 1 of 1 and 1 of the few planes. He recognized them before we even got close to them. I loved it.

Very cool place! Lots of historical aircraft and other cool stuff. Also a lot of interactive things and information and diagrams. Definitely would recommend if you like historic items.

Kellan B — Google review

Absolutely great museum! My son’s favorite (and mine). It has a terrific combination of tanks and guns along with planes! The volunteers were very knowledgeable and enjoyable to visit with. They brought a lot of practical knowledge to my amateur way of looking at war. They even have one of three tanks that were cut in half to see what it is like inside a tank. Reasonably priced

Jake W — Google review

Amazing museum. The planes are well preserved and the majority in flight condition. There is one Junkers Stuka in restoration being exhibited. In the entrance, you can see an amazing B-25. In front of it, there is an English de Havilland Mosquito bomber. All aircraft are well preserved. The nice thing about this museum is that the voluntary guides are crazy about airplanes (like me). It totally worth spending the day visiting and talking with the guides.

Fabio — Google review

Definitely a must visit place if you are looking for historical artifacts around WWII. Beautifully preserved and restored armored tanks and airplanes from the Wars. The best part though are the volunteers who work as guides here. All of them have some family involvement with the heritage and their level of knowledge is impressive.Couple this trip with the Boeing - Flight of Future (right around the corner) and you have a fantastic field day lined up for family and friends.

As a huge Battlefield and World War II fan, I couldn't believe I could get up close and personal with all my favorite WWII vehicles somewhere on Earth. I only planned a 2-hour visit to this museum, but I was so wrong. You could easily spend a whole day here. What's even more amazing is that all the vehicles here are actually operational. You guys are doing a fantastic job!

Chyee — Google review

It is a great museum if you like to see and learn about historical planes, tanks, and all kinds of combat equipment and machinery. Very well laid out displays with excellent information. The volunteer guides added extra information and fun facts. Even the interactive displays were fun and informative!

Awesome place to visit to teach the family about military equipment. Great learning experience for anyone interested in mechanics and aviation. WWII is the main inventory. They do have some stuff predating WWII and other vehicles from Vietnam. Very good variety of armor and planes. They even have a working me262! It's worth the price of admission. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The gift shop has a lot of variety. They will hopefully start doing live demonstrations soon.

Wonderful museum! I didn't realize how many of the materials were real and historical and not a replication. Many people in wheelchairs so it seemed very accessible. There is so much to see at the Museum of Flight that it will entertain and interest any personality type. There's an awesome plane simulator for about $20; you get to choose your aircraft then get into a two seated compartment with a screen and it gives you a feel for what it's like to fly it! Great for a day trip, date, or place to bring the kids! Highly recommend.

Awesome place. Tons of planes, many that you can go inside of. Have a great WW1 & WW2 plane exhibits. Also the main hall is packed full of planes, uavs, and other flying contraptions. Great for aviation, space or history buffs.

An awesome museum, where you can walk through some amazing historical planes (Including a previous Air Force One) and soak up a ton of knowledge. For those who love aviation id reccomend getting there early. We spent 4 hours there and felt like we only got though half of the stuff, and that was rushing!

My father was a navigator in WWII. So I love airplanes very much. Two weeks ago I visited Seattle. My son suggested me to visit the Museum of Flight. It was a wonderful trip. I stayed there for two and half hours. You can see so many different airplanes, commercial ones as well as fighters. You can get a very good idea about the aviation history. In the meantime you are having a great fun. If you are in Seattle don’t skip it.

Fantastic museum, if you are in Seattle don't miss this place. There are free guides inside that make the visit wounderful. Our guide was a former navy pilot plus his father had been a longtime time employee of Boeing. This gentleman was a wealth of information.

Wow! Incredible museum. We got there when they opened at 10am and almost stayed the entire time they were open. So much information. Highly recommend especially for the price. Only $26 for an adult! Definitely worth the trip but plan to be there for a very long time! They offer return admissions and now I understand why. If I really read everything, it would take days!! Also, we got to walk on Air Force One that Eisenhower and Kennedy used!

First Thursday of the month they are open till 9 PM (and it’s free after 5 pm!)If you love planes, or space, this place is incredibly cool. Staff are very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. They also have the last Condor ever flown, and you can walk through it!

This was my first experience in this type of museum. I found it to be very interesting and informative. Aside from the different types of aircraft, they have interactive exhibits as well. You are able to go inside several different aircraft to see what they look like inside. They also have short films playing for different historical air events. They had flight simulators with monitors on the outside so others could see your experience. I would recommend this museum to both children and adults!

Nancy T — Google review

Awesome museum for those who love airplanes and those who don't and those who just love history! Really enjoyed visiting with my family and kids under 4 years old! They had a really great time viewing and interacting with the museum displays and play structure in the kids zones! It can take up hours of your day just walking around and if you take the time to read and learn, dedicate a Full Day! I want to go back without my kids and really immerse myself in the experience and read about the planes because there is a lot of rich history! Ioved the fact that there are many planes you can actually go inside and your including USAF1!! Enjoy the time and experience!

Michael J — Google review

Cool museum, lots to see. The kids loved the coloring pages and the flight simulator. The toddler play area was also a hit. 4 stars only because parking was confusing and I parked by the space center instead of the main entrance because I couldn’t see the signs very well.

Monica N — Google review

huge variety of exhibits to view ranging from historic artifacts and informative displays to different types of aircraft, fun facts and interactive booths. a handful of planes are available for guests to walk through or sit in, with many more suspended from the ceiling or set up on the ground. some VR/simulator booths set up with a lineup if that interests you. they have a presentation hall for guest speakers so check out their website to find out who will be speaking if you are planning a visit. if you have an aviation enthusiast in your family, do plan to spend all day here. bring a lunch as the cafe is pretty mid tier and packed from 11-1.

It was amazing! The Museum of Flight provided a very educational and entertaining experience. The exhibits were fascinating, showcasing a wide range of aircraft from different eras. A fun place for plane and space lovers of all ages. The museum houses many airplanes and many exhibits. I was impressed with the amount of planes from WW1. During my visit had the privilege of attending a talk regarding a Vietnam War event regarding fighter pilots. The talk was provided by a veteran and attended by many others. Very informative and captivating. The museum also does a fantastic job of teaching people regarding the aspects of flight. Moreover there's an area that informs people how airplanes are managed while they're in the sky. You can see all airplanes that are currently in the sky on the screen.Food court and gift shop available on site. The food court has lots of options from hot dogs to more healthy choices.Parking is free and located right in front of the entrance. It is also important to acknowledge the accessibility the museum offers to all people now matter their socioeconomic background. Entrance fee is affordable and based on certain eligibility there might be more of a discount. Many volunteers were around and were welcoming and informative. They made the experience much more rewarding and educational.

You will need a minimum of four hours to explore the collection in detail. Very close to SeaTac airport so make a point to stop by the next time you are flying through Seattle. Highest recommendation!

During the last long weekend, we visited the Museum of Flight in Seattle, and it was an incredible experience. The museum offers a vast and impressive collection of aircraft and exhibits that cater to aviation enthusiasts and curious visitors alike. One of the highlights was the opportunity to explore historic aircraft up close. From vintage planes to modern jets, the diversity of the collection is astounding. Walking through the different sections, we learned about the evolution of aviation, from early flight pioneers to the space age.Really recommend ☺️

The Museum of Flight in Seattle is an incredible experience for aviation enthusiasts and families alike. I visited during a recent trip for a wedding and was thoroughly impressed by the museum’s extensive collection and interactive displays, which make it especially engaging for kids. There’s something awe-inspiring about standing in the presence of historic aircraft, and the museum lets you get up close to some iconic pieces. One highlight is the chance to walk through the Concorde and a retired Air Force One, giving you a rare peek into the interiors of these legendary planes. The museum also has a dedicated section on space exploration, complete with artifacts and educational exhibits that would captivate anyone interested in the cosmos. The interactive exhibits—like flight simulators and hands-on activities—make learning about the science of flight both accessible and fun for younger visitors. The layout is easy to navigate, and each exhibit is thoughtfully curated, so even those with minimal aviation knowledge can appreciate the history and technology. Overall, the Museum of Flight is a must-visit spot in Seattle, blending education with entertainment for visitors of all ages, from families with kids to solo travelers with an interest in aerospace.

I was super excited to visit this museum and it didn’t disappoint. I have previously visited similar museums and this had very good collection of military airplanes, space equipment and commercial aircraft. You can actually go inside an Airforce One aircraft! I thought it was really cool. Also, there is a SR-71 Blackbird for those who are interested. There’s a good collection of airplanes from the origin of flight up until the modern era. The volunteers are extremely friendly and will provide you with a lot of interesting history. There are free tours every half hour so you can join one of those if you’d like to hear more from the experts.Account for around 3 hours if you wish to see everything properly.

Tawseef K — Google review

Attended my very first air show and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! The museum was not only educational but also quite interesting, filled with a bunch of great people. I definitely suggest adding it to your must-visit list.

Hello!! The Trekking Pawns here!! In our week of Seattle, we just had to check out the Museum of Flight. Took the public bus 124 from downtown Seattle south and it dropped us off right in front of the museum. On the bus ride, there were 3 other families all speaking different languages going to the same place. What an international attraction! The place is massive! You’ll need a whole day here. Many interactive exhibit, the newest one (in the Red Barn) called “Home beyond Earth” allows you to explore different ways to live in space and you get to create a character and design a life style in space! Very fun! Especially for kids. The Aviation Pavillion is open air and you can walk and explore the insides of retired planes. The Concord and Air Force one was very cool! The flight simulation game was very engaging for adults! Especially those who have never tried one before. The cafe provides a nice break and lunch at reasonable prices. There are also EV charging stations.

Trekking P — Google review

Awesome museum with loads of aircraft and history. Has a reasonably priced Cafe of site, too. Lots of interactive exhibits for kids and adults alike. Wanted to give five stars but half of the airplanes you can walk through were closed. Wouldn't be a big deal, but we flew here from Hawai'i to see those planes specifically. Discounts are available, parking is free! Highly recommend checking out the museum and maybe call ahead to see if all the aircraft are open to tour.

Museum

The Boeing Future of Flight museum is dedicated to the history and future of aviation. Visitors can explore exhibits covering the history of aviation as well as tours of the commercial jet assembly plant. The museum also has a few fun things to do and see, making it a great place for all ages to learn and explore. The shop is excellent, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. However, the factory tour is currently closed due to Covid-19.

A little overpriced for me. However, it was an amazing place to see.I'm reviewing the facility tour very high. The future of flight building was just okay. It was very underwhelming. If you're doing the plant tour, you must buy in advance. You'd have to get pretty lucky to get in otherwise.

Brad L — Google review

Went on a Monday afternoon and spent about an hour and half there. Thought it would have a lot more things to look at but there were no factory tours available and some of the exhibits were still under renovation. Staff at the drone pilot and AI stations were very friendly and pleasant. Those interactive stations were pretty cool. The price was cheap ($6).Worth a visit if you are in the area and you have a couple hours but definitely not a destination like the Museum of Flight. The gift shop was my favourite part of my visit.

Yong M — Google review

Wow! Beautiful modern clean gallery Museum. I also go lunch to be the first group of for the new factory tour! Peter was a fantastic tour guide and had all the information memorized to educate 27 of us in a theater presentation, then bus tour into the factory where these amazing Boeing planes are assembled!Awesome gift shop to! And sky deck where you can see the planes landing as well.

John K — Google review

Must visit if in seattle. Great place, the factory is very nice gives an idea of what and how flights are all about end to end. Very knowledgeable tourguides and the tour itself and lot of things to see and understand especially if interested in flights or otherwise too. Great place for children to see and learn. Overall it's worth the visit. Advance booking is required, I booked about 2 days before and tickets were mostly sold out for almost all the slots.only few were left. Plan the visit. Phone and few other things are not allowed for factory visit but they provide you free lockers to keep them.

Meena C — Google review

Great for kids and adults alike! If you love planes, you will love this experience. I went during the pandemic, so missed the factory tour. Can't wait to go back!

Ishan S — Google review

We visited Boeing Future of flight and the factory tour. The factory tour began with a video presentation describing the history of the company and founder. The fugue of flight museum has a display of various aircrafts and technological advancements. The factory tour itself was pretty short. We were taken to one of the buildings on the fourth floor from where the assembly line was visible. The tour guide explained a few processes on a very high level. I was expecting it to be more of a “factory” tour rather than just a gallery to view the assembly line.Future of flight also has a kids area for kids to play and learn about some physics principles.

Yashodeep P — Google review

Was very excited to hear that tours were back! Took a friend visiting from California on the 10:30 tour. Christopher was our great storyteller guide. I've done the tour in the past many years ago on weekends, so it was interesting to see it during the weekday. You can't bring any phones or cameras on the tour. They have free lockers to stow your purses, backpacks, phones, or food. I bought my ticket ahead online the day before we visited.

Terri N — Google review

Neat little learning center ran by Boeing. Has an observation deck where you can watch planes come and go and check out the backlog of un-engined 777Xs. Would go with five stars except the factory tour is currently closed, which is the main reason we came to the Pacific Northwest. I am a self proclaimed airplane nerd and Boeing shareholder (I own a whopping 10 shares) so I was disappointed to say the least. Other than that, the Cafe was also closed which we had been planning on for food. Beyond those two issues, nothing else bad. Gift shop on site, ample parking, friendly workers. Awesome to see the world's largest building, too, along with all the planes being prepped for delivery.

Pbandj37 — Google review

Interesting tour but doesn’t get you on the ground floor and up close to the operations to better experience the equipment, parts, processes and aircraft. All observations are from the transport bus or observation decks high above the workplace. Glad I saw it but somewhat disappointed in the distant viewing. Entrance fee a bit pricey for the overall experience. Tour guide and other staff were great!

Bill — Google review

The gallery was ok, but nothing spectacular. The cafe was closed which was unfortunate since we didn't get anything to eat before hand. They have vending machines, but nothing lunch worthy. The sundeck had a nice view of the airport, but no jets were flying that afternoon. The tour was ok, but I wish that we could have seen more than just the final assembly. The paint facility would have been cool to see.

Stephen B — Google review

The place is nice overall, the exhibition is nice and that's it, there aren't too many things on display. The observation deck is impressive providing a breathtaking view of the airport and the mountain ranges surrounding the area. The tour is fine and nothing more, we were disappointed by the tour and expected much more. The tour is Including a view of the factory from two high points (observation balconies inside the factory overlooking the 2 parts of the factory) but there is no walking in the factory and there is no watching at what happens in the assembly process up close. It does not provide the feeling one expects from a tour of the Boeing assembly factory.I would like to point out that it is forbidden to take pictures during the tour.

Ravid F — Google review

You really won’t be able to finish a whole day of journey. You can come back within 7 days. The ticket for another visit is only 10 yuan. A 2-day itinerary is recommended.

Pan W — Google review

Pretty cool on the inside but it's a very short visit, seeing enough but not really. Outside area and the museum are very interesting . Make sure you listen to the history and the explanation of how it all works

Anna H — Google review

Boeing's Future of Flight blew me away! The exhibits were cool, explaining how Boeing makes dreams take flight. But the Everett Factory Tour? That was the real deal. Seeing the world's biggest building and those massive 777s under construction? Mind. Officially. Blown. The only downside? The tour felt a bit short. Like missing out on the in-flight movie on a long haul. With so much to see, I would've loved to delve deeper. Maybe extended tours, or areas to watch specific parts of the assembly process, would be amazing.Overall, though, Boeing's Future of Flight is a total win for aviation enthusiasts. It's like Willy Wonka's factory, but for airplanes! Just be prepared to be amazed, and maybe a little bummed when the tour ends (like when they take away your airplane pillow).

Ronan B — Google review

Arrived in Seattle after a very prolonged journey from Australia thanks to the IT Glitch. On trying to book a tour found it was all booked out . With only one day to spare I contacted management desperate to see if they could accommodate us on a tour. No problem. My husband was so happy. An incredible experience and we feel so fortunate to have visited. Thank you so much for allowing us the privilege of a visit on very very short notice. A highlight of our trip.

Anita A — Google review

Amazing place which should be a must visit to appreciate the engineering and scale it takes to produce a commercial plane.Definitely book in advance for the tour.

Roopak — Google review

It was a good tour; could have been better. Although I understand that there are data privacy concerns and that’s why everything is viewable from a distance. I was hoping for more walk around experience rather than just sitting in a bus or watching from a balcony. Still a great place to take your children and let them enjoy the sheer size of the facility.

Anish J — Google review

Was lucky enough to get tickets for this tour that I’d wanted to do for ages!If you’re a AV geek this place is a must & even if you’re not it’s still very interesting. Our guide was great & very informative & the whole tour is very well put together & the whole scale of this place is massive.Book in advance as you can’t just rock up & the whole tour takes about 1 hour 30 minutes I’d say & then you get to walk around the awesome merchandise shop & exhibits & if you purchase the access the viewing gallery too, we got lucky as there was a Dreamlifter there & we saw it departing too

Spencer M — Google review

Super cool to see the 777X. Big airplane and manufacturing guy, so I loved this visit. Only $12. Very cool place to shop for model planes and Boeing merch ✈️I loved the simple food and my coffee was nice. Very nice people too.

J S — Google review

Yeah, it's OK. Usual USA marketing hype with not a lot of substance to back it up. Pleasant enough with friendly helpful people. But you pay to see a lot of models, mock up's and posted pictures with a word salad.

This is a beautiful park with a lighthouse and fire pits along the beach. It's close to the ferry terminal and train station, making it easy to get to. The park was very busy on a nice day, so be prepared for crowds!

06/03/23: this place is a must-go-to park for anyone, especially tourists. The view is outstanding and stunning. I can see a spectacular view of Puget Sound along the spacious beach view. The parking is ample, with a historic Lighthouse where it marked the first place they had settled to find new land in the 1800s. There are tons of fast-food chains, restaurants, and hotels nearby. You can also take the nearby ferry to go to Whidbey Island. I enjoy coming here and hopefully, I will be back with more updates

Danny T — Google review

I think I fall in love with this little lighthouse more every time I visit. Good sized park with lots of parking and bathrooms nearby. There is a boat launch but I'm not a boater so I don't know much about it. The lighthouse operates by volunteers and is open only on the weekends during set hours. Lots of space in the park to sit and have picnics or fun in the sun and surf. There is a playground but I can't really speak about it since I've never visited. The park is the location for a lot of community events and concerts. I'm not from the area so I'm not sure how those go but they've always seemed to have brought a crowd when I've seen these kind of events being set up. You do have to pay for parking but I don't think it's to bad cost wise. The park does have set hours and dogs are welcome but there are signs all over for these. I love what the city has done for this space!

PNW N — Google review

Beautiful place to spend time for an evening stroll. It has a small play area for the kids. Few fire pits and good parking space. Very close to the ferry terminal and the bus stop. All in all, great place to relax and unwind.

Deepthi R — Google review

Beautiful! You can tour the lighthouse, watch sea life in the tide pools, watch the ferry, and if you get really lucky, see some sea mammals, like dolphins or whales. There's a playground and picnic area as well.

Daniela R — Google review

Sunsets are incredible here. Beautiful quaint seaside viewpoint with lots of cool neighboring pubs and restaurants. Come watch the sunset, wildlife, and occasional ferry pass by. However in the summer the sunsets can get quite crowded so get here early for a prime spot.

Levi H — Google review

Great place to come for the evenings to build a fire on the beach. Lots of events held here too. There is a small trails and probably about ten fire pits set up for people to use. Bring your own wood and fire starter. The beach and sunsets are very pretty. There are a few little places to eat nearby and could make a great little date.

Zoie W — Google review

Beautiful views. Much parking. 2024 new year polar bear plunge happened here and that was awesome. Nice playground, restrooms, awesome beach. Lighthouse was beautiful..

Wildcraft R — Google review

This spot is one of Mukilteo’s historic gems. The museum’s open on weekends, and you can even take a tour that gets you all the way to the top of the lighthouse.

Alex B — Google review

It’s a good place for a walk any time of the year. You can find small restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Also there is a picnic area and fire pits on the beach.Traffic could be really bad in rush hours especially because of ferry lines

Kate K — Google review

Great park to hang out at. Has a short path along the beach where people like to stroll or walk their dog, playground for kids, restrooms, and a couple of places to grab food. Ample parking but it does cost money starting at $3 for 1 hour.

Kim L — Google review

It's a nice park with lot of water views. Good spot to click pics and relax with family. There is a small kids playground. Easy access to small beach. Overall nice park.

Jayaram P — Google review

Great place to come to! Very beautiful view and a nice place to walk down! I loved the view and the area surrounding the water! Super nice. I really recommend coming down here for a picnic or some ice cream nearby! 🍦 It was worth it to come here again! Came here with family, and they all loved it, too! Hopefully, everyone finds this helpful. I really recommend it! It was an amazing experience.

Alejandro H — Google review

It is a nice place to sit and enjoy the sunset. A couple of people blasting their music, but overall courteous people.

Phil H — Google review

Went here to view the Northern lights as I heard it's a great spot. Apparently everybody thought it was also a great spot and people are just not aware of their surroundings in public events like this. However, I love the lighthouse Park. I love the lighthouse Beach. I love the fire pits. Got to get there early if you want to get one. Good old family fun.,

Trish B — Google review

One of the most beautiful lighthouses I've seen. Very beautiful and well-groomed area around the lighthouse.

This place is so peaceful and beautiful! It’s a nice place to relax enjoy the view and take pictures! There’s an ice cream place close by that you can just walk up to the window and purchase some ice cream. It’s a beautiful place.

What a fun little park. I loved this historic Lighthouse and the view from the top, the little gift shop and beachfront. Would visit here again.

Vanessa W — Google review

“This location offers spectacular mountain and island views, along with a perfect spot to watch ferry crossings. During low tide, explore the beach to discover seals, crabs, starfish, and hermit crabs. A serene place to connect with Mother Nature."Parking can be challenging during the weekends, pay parking as well

Jacob T — Google review

Beautiful lighthouse in Mukilteo, with views of the ferries coming and going to the islands. The lighthouse has a small visitor’s center with nautical displays and information - it is open periodically, not all the time. (I believe it is staffed by volunteers.) There is also a lighthouse keeper’s house as well as a gift store behind the lighthouse. The beach is rocky and pretty windy, so you may want to bring a jacket. There several benches to sit and enjoy the sea air from, or walk along the beach (sturdy shoes recommended)… 🌊Paid parking lot on site, with prices from $3/hour, payable by credit card. For food/snack options, there’s Diamond Knot brewery that has a walk-up window you can get ice cream, drinks and burgers from… or you can walk over to Ivar’s on the corner and get fresh fish & chips, or mussels fresh off the boat. 🐟 🦪🍦There’s a bathroom off the parking lot area, with separate restrooms for men/women.There is also a boat launch area as well. 🛥️Definitely recommend visiting this gem!

Arenas & Stadiums

Lumen Field, the home stadium for the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders, is a versatile venue with a seating capacity of 68,740. Situated in an urban setting on Elliott Bay, it offers impressive views of the skyline. Opened in 2002, this multipurpose facility hosts NFL and MLS games and can accommodate up to 69,000 spectators for Seahawks matches and 37,722 for Sounders games. It also has the flexibility to increase its capacity for larger events.

Ahhhhh my very first NFL game with my dad 👨 and it was seriously legendary!! Took me 5 years to post this but I absolutely loved the hawks vs rams 🐏 game on Oct.3rd, 2019 literally just before Covid!!! And we spent hours here and that game ended with the hawks W score 30-29!!! Absolutely bonkers of a game and lower bowl and this stadium is gorgeous!! I have been to Seattle many times and it’s one of my favourite city’s in the world 🌎 and we came hours before to check out the pregame stuff, the dancing 🕺 with the kids and bands playing. Absolutely a legendary experience and game! And then I met some work buddies there and we partied 🥳 after at the brand new Hyatt that was built in 2019 also. $450 a night but who cares!!! My dad loved it and something we will always cherish together. If you’re an NFL fan, go watch a hawks game!! You won’t regret it 🤪🙌🏈

Beautifully designed all-purpose stadium. I came here to see the Seahawks vs Giants on October 6. Easy access, and great view of the field regardless of where you are seating. The amount of different restaurants is a plus. Overall a fantastic experience.

Russ L — Google review

Such a beautiful field to watch some football!! The only downfall is parking!!!! Parking is expensive, gets extremely packed and full. Wish they had some different type of parking situation. We ended up parking a few blocks away, walking and paid $30. Besides that, the bathrooms are kept very nice and clean, all the staff was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like all Events here are extremely safe for all ages and very welcoming. Place is huge and has sooo many great things on the walls to see and learn about as well. Great food and drinks but extremely overpriced. We got one bag of popcorn and 4 drinks, which was $50. Seating are is huge and roomy, even when overlyCrowded. Great fun experience for all ages

Danielle — Google review

Really well laid out and all seats pretty much have a good view (for a game, may be very different for a concert). Everything was very clean and in good working order. Media/sound system very impressive. Seats very comfortable, even in the nosebleeds. Staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely return.

Shemaia — Google review

Lumen Field is a very nice sports venue. Home to the Seahawks, Sounders and the Reign. I had the pleasure of watching the Sounders from one of the suites. Great view and wonderful service.

ONE OF COOLEST NFL STADIUMS TO VISIT! I went in September because I don't like getting rained on. Perfect weather. Nice breeze. Loud energetic fans! The food wasn't too pricey either. Definitely will come back.

Kwasi G — Google review

The Sounders soccer game was awesome! Make sure you wear a clear bag, I had to take my small purse back to the car. Fireworks, flames. Really fun. I wish there were desserts though. I got a small ice-cream. Smokehouse didn't have anything smoked. Had awesome poke nachos though! Great night out!

Amazing stadium. Came here last minute and was able to get tickets for a tour. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the team, stadium, and had answers to any question you had. we were able to go in the suites, press box, visiting locker room, and to the very top of the stadium. it has an amazing view of the city. Highly recommend if you are just spending a weekend in the city to stop here

Beautiful stadium, large selection of concession choices, comfortable seats and well maintained. Only gripe is the parking nearby is horrible or outrageously expensive.Caught a Sounders game here, great venue for a match.

Pbandj37 — Google review

I recently visited Lumen Field in Seattle, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The stadium is modern and well-maintained, with excellent sightlines from nearly every seat. The atmosphere during the game was electric, and the fans were incredibly passionate, adding to the excitement. The facilities are top-notch, with plenty of food and drink options available. The variety of choices caters to all tastes, and the quality of the food was surprisingly good for a stadium. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that everyone had a pleasant experience. However, there are a few areas where Lumen Field could improve. The biggest issue was the parking situation. Finding a spot close to the stadium was a challenge, and the prices were quite high. It would be great if there were more affordable parking options available.Another minor inconvenience was the long lines at the restrooms during halftime. While this is somewhat expected at large events, better crowd management or additional facilities would help alleviate the congestion.Despite these small drawbacks, Lumen Field is an excellent venue for sports and events. The energy and excitement of the crowd make it a memorable experience, and I would definitely visit again. Four stars!

Daveed T — Google review

Lower lumen Field suites are expensive but you pay about $250 per person for the box and about the same per person for a laid out meal and bottomless popcorn.I paid $98 for a regular ticket far from the game but surrounded by fans and I can say without question that both experiences were worth it and exceptionally enjoyable.I created a complication staff and they need everything they could to be supportive and open and in the end made sure that I had the best experience possible and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied which guarantees not only my return and my positive feedback but also my promotion and appreciation. This was a father's name experience put together by my parents and they were gracious enough to allow me to include my children and the experience was memorable and practically priceless.I did not have a hand in choosing the meals in the suite but the macaroni was absolute fire and the fixings that went along with the hot dogs were just right.I will say the chicken was a little dry but I fixed that with dip and had plenty to drink. The platter of desserts was beautiful and delicious as well as the salad and the fruit bar.Our host was extremely available and asked many questions about our comfort as the game went on and they hooked us up with a delicious carrot cake for my brother's birthday party which we were also celebrating. The bathroom in the suite was super convenient so no one really missed much of the gameAs for entering and exiting the stadium I know for me it went very smoothly and that we were out of the stadium parking lot and home in our beds at least an hour before anyone in the suite had projected.I don't know if that's because the stadium next door let out just about the time that our game started and we had showed up to the stadium about an hour and a half early just because we hadn't been to that stadium before and wanted to be prepared for any snags.I will warm people that the suites on the lower floor that are facing the band and the open end of the stadium worst subject to a giant banner being held up completely blocking our view of the players entering the field so I definitely suggest if you want to avoid that use the suites on either side of the stadium and I assume the larger suites above are position we're not blocked as well but I can't be 100% certain it was a giant sign.I will also say down below us in the center of the crowd there was a fanatical team of football enthusiasts that had flags and a giant drum and they had a team of callers that were hyping up the crowd and I just have to say those people are awesome and I hope to see more of the crowd getting on board with that kind of culture in the future.I know traditionally as Americans we celebrate a lot of other sports with this kind of vigor and that soccer hasn't traditionally been our strongest sport but it was really nice to see our number 8 team beat the pants off of the number three team. This is my first Sounders game but absolutely because of the experience I will speak with my friends and I'm telling all of you it is absolutely worth every penny and it really was an exceptional experience

Patrick R — Google review

Entering the venue was easy thanks to a really well trained crew. Super smooth until you have to walk up those ramps. Yeah, that's something and then... Stairs. And stairs and some more stairs. But it's a beautiful stadium in a beautiful city. Beer is over a dollar a fluid ounce. 12 oz beer = $15 and up. Everything is expensive but the show was beyond fantastic. Way beyond ordinary. It was Metallica at its best.

Chip B — Google review

Second Seahawks game I've been to. This place is amazing. Easy to find your seats. Good food. Your workers are absolutely Amazing! The lady who was in charge of my area was the best and did such an amazing job. Can't wait to come back to another game!!!

Kara H — Google review

First time back after many years as a Sounders Season ticket holder. Got special reserve club seats for the family as a surprise. Seats and view were great but the all-inclusive food was just so-so. Would probably pass of next time since the atmosphere and stadium food options are more authentic for the event...

Ben B — Google review

I think it's a great stadium but I haven't been to many like it to compare it to. It's still better than the Kingdome ever was. I thought the views were great, access was easy from foot. We drove ourselves but were late enough to miss the opening act, traffic getting there slowed us down then finding a place to park became an issue. It was a very full concert I went to so parking prices went way up compared to going to a Mariners game where say 30k fans show up. Parking isn't nearly as bad or expensive with such a smaller crowd. Taking the bus or train to the stadiums is a great idea when trying to save money if you live outside Seattle..Anyway, it's still a great venue I think

Terry T — Google review

Beautiful stadium especially watching a Seahawks game note that the stadium is extremely loud and very hard to hear one another. If you want nice quiet evening it’s not gonna happen here. Seattle fans are also extremely polite for the most part and very welcoming, even though you’re on the opposite side, definitely a really cool experience. I got the chance to make my dad bucket list dreams come true by watching a game here.

Chris V — Google review

One of the premier NFL experiences. The loud atmosphere and comfortable seats make for a great game day experience. Parking can be expensive so buy in advance if you can. Tickets can be pricey but worth it, especially if it's a primetime/division game. Definitely a bucket list stadium

It's a very cool stadium!! Very easy to get in and parking was no problem. I have been to Seahawks games and also toured the stadium. Love it here! It gets really loud but the kind of loud you are cool with! Fans are great!! Cannot wait for football season!! Go Hawks!! 💚💙🏈

Amazing experience! I thought we would have to wait for a long time because the line near gate 8 went around the corner and across the street but we got in right away. The food and drinks were pretty good. I didn’t have much because I didn’t want to go back and forth to the restroom. Restrooms were pretty clean and the lines moved quickly.

Huge venue, clean, good drinks, and good food. The concert we attended here was great and the seats and areas were clearly marked, but we’ve never exited a venue so slowly which was the only downside. I’m not sure what the hold up was with such a massive exit, but we were only inching to it in a huge crowd for about 20 mins, and our seats were fairly close to the exit. Good thing we didn’t park there either, because with the pedestrians blocking the exit of the parking lot the cars couldn’t get out. I think there definitely could have been better measures taken to ensure a smoother exit for people and drivers. Everything was great otherwise.

Stadium

Sights & Landmarks

T-Mobile Park, previously known as Safeco Field, is the home of the Seattle Mariners. This impressive ballpark offers stunning views of the city skyline and boasts a variety of stadium eats. With a seating capacity of 46,929, T-Mobile Park opened its doors in 1999 and continues to be a top-notch stadium. Its design combines retro-modern elements with an Art Deco-style brick facade. Spectators can enjoy unobstructed sightlines, thanks to its thoughtful layout.

Loved this stadium. Came up from San Jose to see the last Oakland game, ever. Truly delighted with stadium and the Mariner fans we met. They were so supportive of the Oakland fan base. They were also most gracious when we asked for assistance. We will definitely be attending another game here.

Mike D — Google review

Great experience at T-Mobile park for an afternoon game with my kids. It was their first MLB GAME and the stadium caters to kids/toddlers. The playground was so much fun and the kids played for hours (before the game started through the first 5 innings).

Candice C — Google review

Amazing venue for a concert! A Foo Fighters concert, I might add! This is a huge venue and with that, it's expected to see large, crazy, hungry, and thirsty crowds. I was nervous about navigating it but, I was pretty shocked at how smoothly everything operated and how much I enjoyed myself in the end. Staff was present throughout the park to help us find our seats and there are signs everywhere to also help you navigate. There were short wait times, from getting through the front gate, food, drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic), and merchandise. The variety of food and drinks were okay, I do feel like it's missing something though. With that, I can only speak to the concerts for the time being. Now for the prices, it's a bit steep but you definitely get what you pay for and in my case, it was for the experience! However, the night of the Foo concert, parking was $80! That is outrageous! So I suggest taking public transportation when getting to and from the park. Also, I appreciated the numerous signs and alerts to their clear bag policy and safety procedures getting in the park. I will definitely visit again for a sporting event!

Mariners currently first in the division and starting to warm up. The feeling is absolutely electric and they do such an amazing show with both the billboards and the fireworks and all of the things in between. The innings that entertain. The vendors are absolutely awesome and they make sure that it is first rate. Extremely well done...The perfect time for the family and kids and grandkids with everybody able to do different things that they love in this amazing venue

Mack C — Google review

Beautiful park! We really enjoyed the views, and the different food vendors they have. They also have plenty of them, so it wasn't hard to get a drink and a sandwich. Highly recommend checking out the bullpen when you see pitchers warming up. It's the most unique bullpen I've seen, and you can get really close to the players.

Brad C — Google review

I visited T-Mobile Park in 2019, and I had an absolutely fantastic time! The stadium is clean, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views of the Seattle skyline. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The food options were plentiful and diverse, catering to a variety of tastes. From classic ballpark hot dogs to gourmet options, there was something for everyone. The garlic fries and local craft beers were a personal favorite! The seating was comfortable, and the sightlines were excellent from nearly every section. Whether you're close to the action or sitting higher up, you can enjoy a great view of the game. The atmosphere was electric, with enthusiastic fans and a vibrant, family-friendly environment.T-Mobile Park also offers great amenities, including a team store with a wide range of merchandise, and plenty of interactive activities for kids and adults alike. The retractable roof is a huge plus, ensuring that the game can go on regardless of the weather.Overall, T-Mobile Park is a top-notch venue for baseball fans and anyone looking to enjoy a great day out. I highly recommend catching a game here if you get the chance. Go Mariners!

Went to Seattle on an adventure to see a Seattle Mariners game and had a great time. The only thing was that they don't tell you but you can't take in handbags unless they are clear and no selfie sticks so we had to take stuff back to the car and missed the opening part of the game.. The best part was that the Mariners won the game and it was awesome..

D A — Google review

Went to see the Seattle Mariners. Beautiful ballpark, lots of food vendors, good views.Make sure you check the bag policy before hand as it’s pretty strict. Transit options to the stadium are good, we took the Link light rail. I recommend Moto Pizza on the 3rd floor section 314. Excellent pizza albeit a bit pricey (but that’s expected).Had a great time.

Nichole F — Google review

I was in town to check the Astros 3 game series. I love everything about the stadium and the atmosphere. My only gripe is the food. It is absolutely horrible. Stale bread on the hot dogs. Heat lamp fries and dry chicken fingers. The beer selection should include more local beers. Awesome fans and awesome game watching experience. I’ll definitely return.

Cleveland W — Google review

Easy to get to. I took the train. There’s still a walk but it beats traffic for those that are able. Stadium is older but nice. Good views. Food is decent. People were pretty friendly and I felt comfortable wearing away jerseys. My only complaint is lack of craft beer options which I feel should be mandatory at all stadiums.

Jeremy L — Google review

A wonderful home field for the Mariners! T-mobile Park is well-maintained and it's always a good time to see games in this park! Food and drinks are a little expensive as they are on every venue in Seattle but there are lots of choices. I'm glad that there are value games which are very cheap tickets to get into the park and there are also promotion nights where you can get merchandise or giveaways if you come in early. Other than the seats having a great view everywhere, the park also has a great view of the city especially on a beautiful day!

Lennon G — Google review

Amazing show at this venue! The food was significantly better than I expected! The ushers were professional and courteous and even took a picture of us to commemorate my son's very first rock concert!

Ronnie B — Google review

Terrific place to see a concert! It was very easy to get there taking the Link which was perfect for us out-of-towners who didn’t want to rent a car and don’t know our way around. Grounds were clean, great food options (Salt and Straw ice cream!!!), and enough bathrooms for a big concert crowd.Having the view of the skyline during the concert was wonderful…and once the sound went down the city lights and then the fireworks were also beautiful’

Vickie M — Google review

We had an awesome time at Chris Stapleton concert. The seats are a little tight but in understand. Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean until it got late and the WHOA! Cashless is not always the best when you have a pocket full of cash to ready to spend. Parking was on the high side $76.00 but now a days what’s not on the high side. Overall we had the BEST time! Thanks T-Mobile Park!

Dione J — Google review

Great experience! Views were spectacular and the food is amazing. Moto Pizza on the 3rd level highly recommend. You literally can buy the cheapest tickets and just walk around the park and have a view everywhere. Definitely will be back!

Jedediah L — Google review

Pretty nice place. Then there’s the bathrooms….use the bathroom before you arrive!! Eat before you arrive!!! $30 chicken tenders fries and soda. I will say I’m glad they had the safety net up for all the foul balls. The fish mascot race was family oriented fun.Their large video screen is amazing

Kevin D — Google review

We really enjoy going to Seattle to watch the Mariners play. The stadium is a great place to watch a game, and the roof being able to close, almost guarantees your game will be played. The availability to take the light rail in saves time and money and allows me to make a day trip from Oregon a couple of times a year.

Kirsten B — Google review

Went to T-Mobile Park for a Foo Fighter Concert 🤘🏻. I have to say but I’m so so so so happy that I went!!! Absolutely stunning, powerful performances, and very very fresh vibes!!! I’m still a little new to them but their music is just amazing!!! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!

Jimmy H — Google review

Great atmosphere and experience at T-Mobile Park. Clean stadium and good food/ drinks to pick from. Family friendly and accessible for all age groups. It’s a beautiful stadium that gets great light during the day.

Ed G — Google review

We attended a Mariners game and it was a great experience. I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. There are lots of options as far as seating, food, parties and souvenirs. Do yourself a favor and check out the park vendors online, watch some Youtube videos about the park and do your homework. Plan your hotel and think about the location of the light rail, restaurants and other places of interest. A little research and planning will go a long way to making sure you have a great experience.

Nature preserve

Nature & Parks

The Bloedel Reserve is a sprawling nature preserve that spans 150 acres and boasts forests, landscaped gardens, and a reflection pool. Its well-designed walkways provide ample opportunity to appreciate the horticulture and design of the park. The park is particularly stunning in rainy weather, as the various shades of green stand out vividly. Visitors can tour the Bloedel residence, which includes bathrooms and an impressive art collection. A gift shop at the gatehouse offers further opportunities for exploration.

Bloedel Reserve is a fantastic place to immerse yourself in nature! We recommend buying tickets in advance, but we were able to walk in at 4 PM on a Friday. For a more serene experience, try visiting during less busy times. The reserve is beautifully maintained, with soft paths, lush greenery, and plenty of shade. It takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to see everything, spending around 5 minutes at each stop. The staff is incredibly kind, and the water fountains and bathrooms are clean and refreshing.Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful nature experience!

Severyn P — Google review

Make sure to reserve your tickets. If you don’t they may act snooty and tell you to come back later after booking online. We were told it was sold out but then immediately booked tickets online. The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. $22/person is a bit pricey for this experience but if you are visiting the island it’s a nice experience

Amanda — Google review

The park and the trails are well maintained, but be aware that trails are not stroller friendly. My favorite parts were the reflection pond and Japanese garden. But I was left with a bad experience by turning us back at the gate for having my small dog in the car. We were asked to park the car outside the property and walk in. I understand the reason for not allowing any pets in the park, but not letting them be in the car in the parking lot felt heavy-handed (gave me colonial vibes).

V M — Google review

The reserve was recommended to us by a friend back in Chicago and we weren’t really sure what to expect. Coming from Seattle, we took the ferry, which keeping in mind that the tickets are round-trip. I had purchased four tickets for two of us, assuming that we would need two tickets there and two tickets back, but that wasn’t the case as each ticket for the ferry is round-trip ticket for seven dollars. The island also has great public transportation with the bus ride being two dollars each way per person. You just need to call the bus company and they were super attentive, and the bus drivers were really nice. Two dollars per person is amazing, so navigating around the island and getting to the island was very affordable. In order to see the reserve, they have timed entry, so it is required to get tickets in advance, but there was a lot of openings so that wasn’t a problem. We went on a rainy day and there weren’t a lot of people there. In hindsight, attending the reserve during a time of moisture accentuated the rainforest feel and we really enjoyed seeing the grounds in this particular setting. The first section which is an open field had us wondering if we made the right decision but as we quickly entered the grounds, we saw the attraction to visit this property. It’s very difficult to verbalize the beauty, walking through the trails in the dense forestry. Seeing the house and guest quarters also gives you a clear understanding and appreciation of what it would’ve been like living on this property back in the day.Sorry of the property and the family is pretty interesting and that can be seen in the building on the tour.Overall, it’s wonderful experience and a great property to see. I highly recommend checking it out if you like nature. It’s well worth the trip from Seattle.

Kevin O — Google review

Gorgeous reserve! Ticketing was a bit confusing since we didn't plan to go here but passed by and the sign said we needed tickets booked online. However data is a bit slow in the area and they are aware, so you can go into the toll booth/gate and ask for/get a plastic card with wifi password on it, park inside temporarily, buy tickets online, then return the card to the toll booth then explore the reserve!I wish I took more photos but at the same time it was so beautiful there that we were completely immersed in the experience for the most part. Very beautiful park and views, extremely well maintained!

Bloedel Reserve is a breathtaking oasis of tranquility. The beautifully landscaped gardens and serene walking paths make it a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle. Each section of the reserve offers something unique, from the lush Japanese garden to the reflective ponds. The peaceful atmosphere allows you to truly connect with nature. Whether you're a plant enthusiast or just looking for a peaceful retreat, Bloedel Reserve is an unforgettable experience.

Sour P — Google review

As a reciprocal garden member and an avid traveler, visiting botanical gardens is my passion. I’ve visited probably 40. Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island is in my top 3 in the world! It felt a bit pretentious driving in as they have a gated entrance. A staff person (or maybe a volunteer) greets you at your car. You must have advanced reservations, which was a bit of a turn off when I found that out. They also wouldn’t let me park on their property because I brought my small dog with me. I knew she wasn’t allowed in, but I was planning on leaving her in the car since it was a beautiful day outside. I had already stopped prior to getting to the garden to let her out to do her business since I drove an hour and a half to even get to the garden. I knew dogs weren’t allowed and I had no intention of allowing her to do her business on their property. I was surprised I wasn’t allowed to park inside, however.Besides those two issues, the garden itself was to die for and I would highly recommend it to anybody. Much of the garden is ADA accessible and it had such diversity within the mile and a half walk. I hope to do it again if I’m ever back in this area.

Teresa B — Google review

Beautiful spot. Was our first time visiting. Had a lot of questions but Susannah the volunteer in the house was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Logan D — Google review

Stunning public gardens that are definitely worth visiting. It was pretty much empty when we came on the weekend. It takes about 2 hours to slowly stroll through all the different gardens. The property itself is also stunning and has a room dedicated to the history of the house.I’ve seen several reviews suggesting picnicking on the lawns, but for what it’s worth the website says that’s not allowed.

Pooja C — Google review

A must see place on the island, very walkable with good paved trails, water fountain at the entrance and restrooms. The loop takes about 2 hours to complete but you can easily spend 4h there exploring the area. Take in mind that while bus can take you to the reserve from downtown easily, you might have trouble getting back because of the open construction zone. We ended up taking an uber to get back.

Anna M — Google review

The Bloedel Reserve is amazing! Its incomparable beauty will leave you with a lasting impression. From the natural, open entry to the Reflection Pool, and through the moss garden, you'll want to be immersed all day in these spaces. Take your time. Enjoy the serenity of its many water features and the tranquility of the Japanese garden. I love this place and highly recommend a visit if you're going to be on Bainbridge Island. I visited on 3/9/24. It was a rainy day but still an amazing visit!

My friends brought me here pre Halloween, everywhere was decorated with beautiful pumpkin vignettes big and small.Gorgeous scenery at every turn, and lastly, they offered an activity that started with a piece of sticky-side-out colored duct tape for bracelet, as our party of a variety of ages enjoyed going on the different paths to find boxes of decoration, to add to and complete our bracelets.A bonding way to enjoy nature's gifts.Thank you to the Bloedels, for having the vision and foresight to create this place.

Lily D — Google review

A lovely 2 hour stroll through meadows, forest, and gardens. The rhododendron flowers were in full bloom in May.

Karen P — Google review

Bloedel Reserve is a beautiful, tranquil space..the perfect choice for an easy two mile walk (or less if you choose) through a variety of landscapes...natural meadows, an historic home with sweeping vistas of the sea and its beautifully landscaped grounds, pollinator meadows, ponds and deep woods with towering trees. The trail is very well maintained and easy to walk. There is an interesting welcome desk and gift shop. We come back every year when visiting the island, and it is equally lovely in the Spring and Fall. Purchase your timed admission ticket on the website as it is a popular destination.

Liane C — Google review

Great place to spend a couple hours relaxing among some great sights. The walking paths were well groomed. All of grounds were immaculate. The bird sanctuary and marsh pit was a great place to just sit and take in the scenery.

Blairpattie M — Google review

Bloedel Reserve is magical. Gorgeous views, secluded, peaceful, and full of lovely local history. An easy walk throughout but lots of variance in views and scenery. So many beautiful ponds, trees and flowers. We bought a year membership after our first visit because it is definitely a place we will visit multiple times in the year and get our money's work. I can't wait to come back again in the winter and then again in the spring. Definitely going to be bringing a picnic next time.

Jessa E — Google review

Absolutely loved the nature reserve. Just the pure variety was astonishing, from pine trees, to moss, views of puegot sound, japanese architecture and gardens (to reference the japanese heritage of the island), a stately home, a cabin and a reflective lake as well as some great lakes and forests. Truly the highlight of my trip to Washington State. The reserve encapsulates everything I love about the State of Washington. The other plus is that it's never too busy either so you're not walking around crowds of tourists and locals, but you feel you've got the place to yourself. I'd reccomend minimum 2 hours to take in the tranquil nature of Bloedel.

Scott B — Google review

Gorgeous park. Make sure you get your reservation set up before you arrive. Totally worth it though. The limited number of people really lets you feel like you are on your own estate.

Kate A — Google review

Our visit to the reserve was very memorable. We were fortunate with the weather, allowing us to enjoy the tour fully. I recommend buying tickets in advance and arriving as early as possible. Every section of the reserve was well thought out. The textures of the trees, with the perfect amount of moss and fern, made it resemble a rainforest. The Japanese section was particularly beautiful, with maple trees and cherry blossoms in bloom. The first floor of the residence was open to the public, and the view of the Puget Sound from there was breathtaking. Few trees were a few hundred years old and they were beautiful!

Madhu A — Google review

This isn't a botanical garden like I was expecting, but it is a very beautiful place. I highly recommend it, for people who are able to walk a fair distance comfortably. You need to make online reservations and sign up for a time slot. Then you tour the grounds at your own pace, with a map.

Specialty Museums

The USS Turner Joy, a naval destroyer that served in the Pacific and is now a museum open to the public, offers a self-guided tour for visitors to explore. The tour allows ample time for individuals to discover the vessel's intricate engineering and learn about its historical significance. The museum showcases the sacrifices made by military forces in defending freedom while highlighting the sobering reality of life on board.

This museum is pretty cool! So wonderful to explore the ship and get to see what it looks like. I love the fact it is right next to the Water taxi dock. The gift shop is cute. Looks at hats and t-shirt options. The entry fee seems pretty reasonable. Note, any charge via cc there will be a fee. Is better to be paying with cash. They do offer a discount for seniors and youth. The ship is 418 feet and she retired in November of 1982. I think is worth the money to tour this one.

Kimberly P — Google review

Great experience, you can easily spend 2-3 hours on the self guided tour. Staff that we saw were very informative and gave us great insight into other aspects of ship life. 10/10

Taylor M — Google review

We had a great experience here. There was very few people there, which made it comfortable moving about tight quarters without getting into peoples' space. The volunteers were so kind and encouraged us to ask questions. There were bottles of hand sanitizer scattered throughout. There were also bathrooms onboard, which was great. The air is dry and musky, so if you're prone to nosebleeds, bring tissues, and bring a jacket as it is cooler below deck. Great experience!

Elizabeth J — Google review

This ship is incredible! I'm sure it only begins to shed light on what it would be like to have been a sailor on board, but it was a total eye opener for me. I have so much respect for those who served and lived aboard this ship. It's huge, kind of a maze, which only added to the experience! There's so much to explore and interact with. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to see it all.

Nicholas B — Google review

Great experience. Little difficult for young kids and elderly with the ladders going to each level of the ship. It’s an amazing attraction and the staff are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Yedidyah K — Google review

Great site seeing opportunity for the family. We enjoyed the self guided tour with the provided map. I'd definitely watch the stair/ladders because they're a little steep. Recommend the visit if you're in the area.

Nick M — Google review

What a cool experience! This destroyer has some neat history tied to the US involvement in the Vietnam War, and it's well worth a visit! You get a self-guided tour of nearly the whole ship with signs explaining much of what you are seeing and experiencing. Do know this is not a quick stop, and to get the most out of the visit, you will need to be able to climb up and down narrow ladders and stairs. On the day we visited, we were a former crew member volunteering in the galley, answering questions, and talking about his experience on the ship - Doug was great! The POW section with its stories was an appreciated addition, and I found it fascinating. It can get pretty spendy for the whole family but one thing is that your tickets are good for the whole day. So we did half of the ship and then left and got lunch and then came back and finished. That was a great way to do it, and it kept the kids from being overdone.Highly recommend, especially if you are interested in US History, the US Navy, and/or the Vietnam War.

Micah S — Google review

Amazing! Tour is self guided although there are some very knowledgeable veterans on the ship to help guide you and give you information. Lots of stairs so be aware in advance

Heather C — Google review

Love it! You can really explore, and they made improvements to help the experience. The exhibit on the prisoners' experience in Vietnam is very interesting. There is parking nearby. We parked in the multi-story lot. There is also a small shack on the dock with snacks if you are hungry.

Richard D — Google review

There is so much history floating in the marina it’s impossible to absorb it all at one time.I was visiting Seattle when I came across a small footnote about the USS Turner Joy and I knew I wanted to visit. It required an amazing hour long ferry ride in each direction but it was totally worth the effort. It was incredible how much of the ship was open and available to the public. The self guided tour was so informative and interesting. I found it fun to go up and down the ladders to the various decks, to learn about the different stations and roles on the ship. I’m sure it was a different experience for the men serving on the ship but it was a lot of fun to learn the history in such a unique way.

Stephen O — Google review

Great experience! I'll be taking my family here when they come visit. Friendly staff and I love that it's self guided. It's really cool that you can go down the ladders to different areas of the ship. I love loved it!

Jenny — Google review

Took a tour of the USS Turner Joy this afternoon, and what a delight. My father served in the air force and has gotten to tour a few navy ships, but nothing like the Turner Joy! He was completely enthralled, and the docents were excellent about explaining the functions of the ship.It was a huge ship, so definitely plan to take your time, but it was so interesting to see a ship this big. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in town!

Beth A — Google review

If you're a Naval history buff this is probably fascinating. But as a civilian without a particular interest, I found it disappointing. Though there is information posted throughout the ship about things like semaphore and machinery, they're pretty dry. Something like a through line describing the daily life of a crewman or an officer would be a lot more fun for the average visitor. Also, in order to reach most ship levels it's necessary to go up very steep stair/ladders, and there are no alternatives, so it's definitely not accessible for those with mobility issues. For the price ($18 per ticket for adults) it's not well curated or in great shape, unfortunately.

Thorn M — Google review

Self guided tours or with volunteer guides. The placards explain the different equipment, so for people unfamiliar with themachinery can understandthe uses.As a retired Navy man of 25 years, mostly on destroyers (tin cans), memories came flooding back.Be aware that with traversing the ship, steep ladders are throughout. For those of us who may have mobility issues, would find it difficult to get around the ship. You can make the ship's horn blast, by pulling the rope on the bridge (wheel house).Official announcementsare made over the ship's speaker system (1-MC).The announcements are the same as when the ship was active! It was amazing to me to hear, "Sweepers, sweepers man your brooms, give the ship a clean sweep down fore & aft...".The gift shop is very well stocked, with reasonable prices. A wide range of items and prices, so that no matter the budget you'll walk away with a souvenirfrom the Turner Joy (DD-951).I was aboard the USS Black (DD-666), after the attack on the USS Maddox & USS Turner Joy, the Black was their relief in the Tonkin Gulf.Fair Winds and Following Seas, Your Shipmate.

Wife and I spent a little over an hour here whilst vacationing in the Tacoma-area. Did not get to see all the rooms available to the public, but got through most of it. It is a very well done museum with lots of nice nuanced touches. Had two different docents who were knowledgeable and friendly. The ladders/stairs take a little getting used to, but they were not too hard to utilize.

Adam O — Google review

Tickets for adults - $18. It was truly a new experience for me to step inside a ship that had been through the Vietnam War and been to Russia as well. The rustic smell inside can be uncomfortable but the history was amazing to learn about. The bunk beds were small and I still cannot believe the max occupancy of this ship is 275!Highly recommend for explorers out there!

Tien N — Google review

TL;DR If you're a history nerd or a naval nerd, check it out. This is a self guided tour of the Naval Destroyer class ship, USS Turner Joy. The tour can go as long or as short as you want, but I took about 1.5 - 2 hours to get through the whole thing, and I took my time. The ship itself has an incredible amount of history that is laid out well within each station. It is not friendly to anyone with mobility issues if you plan to explore anything beyond the main deck level. Additionally, there are no water fountains, and only one bathroom onboard, so go before you embark. Internally, there are a lot of unique things in this ship, like how it was both the first and last ship to engage enemies in Vietnam, and lots more that you'll learn as you wander the internal labyrinth packed with information. The USS Turner Joy is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon.

This was the first time I've been on a Naval ship. I had no idea what to expect. The gift shop attendants where we purchased tickets from at 4:15 didn't say a word to us when we walked in. They just stared as if they were making sure our kids didn't pocket something from the shelves. My family explored using the self guided tour. We were told the ship closes at 5. We watched a video on the galley that finished at 4:50. As we continued our tour, we noticed most of the lights were off and many of the doors were closed at 4:52. An employee saw us and told us to move along this way as he pushed us to the exit. At 4:59 we were off the boat and the gift shop was locked. We had to figure out how to exit, as all exit signs pointed to the gift shop. Paying almost $80 with only 45 minutes to explore, we wanted to use all our time. They should not have closed early and rushed us out.Cool ship, unfriendly employees. Worth the price, if you have 2 hours of time. They close earlier than posted.

It was fascinating seeing this piece of history. There were a lot of up and downs tiny steep ladders, wouldn't recommend for anyone claustrophobic. I liked how they described the different roles everyone played and all the rooms.

Erin B — Google review

Had a great time. Well laid out with lots of information for a self-guided tour. Was a very fun and informative experience. Give yourself enough time to explore everything!

Matthew P — Google review

Awesome tour that wasn't busy at all. Didn't do a tour guide but someone came and showed us some locked rooms which was cool. Also only $11 for veterans.

Military Museums

The Puget Sound Navy Museum is an exceptional historical site showcasing the region's naval history, with exhibits that focus on life aboard submarines and aircraft carriers. Located near the ferry terminal, admission to this museum is free. Visitors can explore the establishment of the shipyard dating back to the 1890s and contemporary world events. The staff are welcoming and friendly, enhancing visitors' experiences.

This place is amazing, a true hidden gem among us!! One of ten naval museums in the country, this 2-storey museum has some fascinating artifacts. It’s a very manageable size in terms of covering the space. Theres a nice corner for children to engage their curiosity. A big bonus - it’s free!! We donated to the museum, enjoyed ourselves at the gift shop. The hey have new exhibit that we couldn’t catch because tonight is the opening night.

Dee N — Google review

Great place! A lot of cool things to see. The gift shop was disappointing, unfortunately. The cashier had no idea how much the stuff in the store was :/ I had to show her where the things I wanted to buy were.

Tania — Google review

I've been to plenty of military themed museums, they've all been great. This one was just OK. We were really expecting much more, esp considering how big the building is. The USS Enterprise exhibit was decent, but again just expecting more. Other than a hat, there was nothing in the gift shop highlighting this museum. No PSNM stuff anywhere.

Frank R — Google review

Loved this museum! Very interactive. Great kids play area with a Navy theme. If you want to learn about the Bremerton Naval facilities and Naval history, this is a wonderful place to visit. The staff is very nice and accommodating which adds to the experience.

This place was really neat! It was so much bigger than I thought it would be. The gentlemen at the front entrance gave us an overview of what there was to see inside the museum and some of the highlights. They also mentioned that there was a plant seed give-a-way going on that we might want to check out. There was just so much to read about and such a great display of pictures, diagrams, actual pieces of ships, models, movies, and recordings of history. I really enjoyed our visit and picked up some plant seeds to start a garden. What a bonus. Their gift shop was super cool too and had a lot of fun and interesting things to buy. The prices were very reasonable and the guy who was running the store was so funny and friendly and had some great stories. I learned so much during this trip and I am glad I went. It is very family friendly and people of any age would find something interesting here. I would highly recommend it.

Sherri J — Google review

Lots of interesting reading about history of the navy in the exhibits. The museum is quite small - a two-floor house - but well packed with content. Right next to ferry terminal if you are coming on foot.

Sander S — Google review

This FREE museum (donations accepted and encouraged), is right next to the Bremerton Ferry Terminal and surrounded by the amazing Fountain Park (with “exploding” or “erupting” fountains in multiple wading pools. It has 2 floors of exhibits and is staffed by retired navy vets. There are lots of exhibits on the history of the shipyard especially during the world wars. It also has an exhibit on the future potential of 3D printers uses on ships at sea. There is a small children’s area on the first floor where kids can play. Many of the exhibits are photographs or equipment behind glass so it may not be super fun for little ones (except the play area). If you are waiting for the ferry between 10am-4pm you can easily squeeze this in in about 30-45 minutes.

Jimmy H — Google review

Pretty cool free museum. A lot of pride with their displays and knowledgable volunteers. The sub and aircraft displays are very insightful. The park area behind the museum is also nice and peaceful and a nice place to take in the water.

Jason B — Google review

Actually better than i was expecting. I served on an aircraft carrier that was stationed in Bremerton. Getting to show my family the actual rack layout and how it was clinging to get into and out was enjoyable. Very friendly staff. I really enjoyed the exhibits.

Tom M — Google review

Free Admission its ran by Volunteers. So kinda cut them some slack. Parking is a little tough signs not great for garage next door. Visited mid week in Late fall. So quiet. If you don't have Base pass or riding ferry street's a little confusing.First visit to city,Came to see my old ship in Mothball fleet. Had to walk to catch glimpse. Old timers at desk not much help. But they are volunteers.

Truman A — Google review

Visited the Naval museum since i had some free time while working in the area and always passed it by on the way to work. Located right by the Bremerton Ferry Terminal and the Puget Sound Shipyard gate.Free admission, once I stepped inside the volunteer greeted me with a warm welcome on a wet and cold morning👍 After a short questionare, i was free to roam the museum and check out the history of one of the oldest shipyards, PSNS.Lots of exhibits and memorabilia to look at, spent around 40 minutes since its 2 stories of history. If you have time waiting for the ferry or in the Bremerton area, its worth checking out 👍👍**there is no parking for this museum but there are lots of free street parking or paid parking in the area.

P R — Google review

Free museum. Nice layout and well-curated exhibits on the histories of the Bremerton shipyard and US Navy service.

Carole B — Google review

The kids loved the museum (ages 4 and 7). We spent about two hours exploring and learning. The kid’s especially loved playing in the science room with the machines and robots! They had fun playing dress up in the galley as well! Great museum!

Kristina B — Google review

This place was really well done. Lots of interactive displays and scale models. Lots of great and detailed information. I really liked all of the pieces that were on display that people actually owned and wore. Kid friendly too!

Elizabeth W — Google review

This is an official US Navy Museum, free admission, located just outside the main gate to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard on the Bremerton waterfront. There is not parking nearby - you'll have to find a street spot up the road and walk down. Be conscious of the time limits for your parking, this museum can take a couple hours to work through and most of the parking is 2 hours max. Beware also that trying to drive down to the museum directly can easily result in ending up at the guard shack for the ferry - if that happens, just tell the guard you're there for the museum and they'll let you turn around. But you'll have to wait in line until you reach the shack... so just avoid it in the first place and do NOT continue on the road that passes the museum. Now, as far as the museum, it's ok. I have been three times and it's more interesting each time, but it still feels underwhelming compared to other navy museums like the undersea one in Keyport and the national one in DC, or the submarine force museum in Groton. There's plenty here to teach you about the shipyard itself, but not really that much on the navy... it's heavily local focused. There's also WAY too much reliance on text and photos, instead of primary artifacts. Some exhibits are literally just walls with works painted on them. That, to me, is unacceptable. The artifacts the museum has on display are, frankly, pretty boring too. Wooden patterns for chains and nuts and other assorted ship fittings, some helmets, some obscure and mundane snips, wedges, and other tools, a time clock, some signs, etc. The most interesting items are the bell from the Navy's first ammunition ship, USS Pyro, and the skylight from the old gunboat Nipsic that survived the Apra Harbor disaster and went on to be PSNY's original headquarters during construction of buildings ashore. I was EXTREMELY disappointed that there was nothing - not a single piece - of the famous battleship USS Washington on display anymore. The museum tells me the wheel and bell from that ship are in storage to go back to DC, which is stupid, since the namesake is the state of Washington. The only USS Seattle they have anything from is the Cold War-era replenishment ship, so nothing from the famous armored cruiser that served as the US fleet flagship in the 1920s and survived longer than any other ship of her type. Hugely missed opportunity. I understand the museum is going for interactivity, but the result of such a lack of artifacts is that many of the rooms feel empty other than the paint on the walls, and some of the exhibits just don't flow because they're all vertical-space. I continue to be disappointed in this place for this exact reason. The best exhibit overall is the Nimitz-class carrier exhibit upstairs, which definitely represents the features of that kind of ship well, and is informative and full of items from the John C. Stennis (CVN-74). The patrol boats exhibit, while interesting to read, is another huge miss when it comes to artifacts. A couple models, a boxed game, a couple badges, and a builder's plaque is all they could really muster here... meanwhile two of the ships shown in pictures on the wall were laying around like so much junk just three hours southwest in Astoria, Oregon. Sad they couldn't get some actual artifacts to support the exhibit.Overall, it's still an informative museum and is well maintained, so I can't consciously give it less than three stars. But I was definitely disappointed at the lack of actual navy items on display for being a navy museum. It just feels incoherent and empty unless you're either a/ totally unaware of anything navy and this is your first exposure to the topic or b/ really, really interested in the shipyard.

Evan D — Google review

I'm a navy veteran and learned about the museum while planning my trip to Bremerton. The ferry ride was amazing and the scenery from Seattle to the islands was breathtaking.

Martin R — Google review

Not an overwhelming museum, but there are lots of nice displays on Naval History and the role of the Bremerton shipyard. Friendly, helpful staff, and it’s FREE or by voluntary donations. It’s also a short, easy walk to the USS Turner Joy, a US Navy destroyer ship that was part of the Gulf of Tonkin incident in Vietnam, August 4, 1964. We are planning a group visit in June for our antique British car club.

Robert B — Google review

Small local museum about the Navy and the Bremerton shipyard. Free admission. No onsite parking. Street parking and parking garages. Be careful not to enter the ferry terminal only lanes. There is a scavenger hunt for children and adventurous adults.

Bart M — Google review

Highly recommend coming to the naval museum. There's lots of interesting information about the history of our Navy and this particular location as well. Very detailed exhibit on life aboard an aircraft carrier real examples of equipment and accommodations. The staff was kind and helpful.

Molacko W — Google review

Nice museum we visited on a rainy afternoon. We arrived about 45 minutes before close. There were two floors of exhibits of which one talked about the town history and the shipyard which made it what it was. The other talked about the different ships it built and how each one was important to the war and what it did. Staff was quite helpful and informative. We were through the museum in 45 minutes.

Phred S — Google review

Updated 05/20/23: I had a great chance to visit the museum again. The senior citizens up front are super helpful and amazing. They have locker rooms for your bags, and backpacks in front. I love coming back and back to this historical museum to re-learn about our awesome memorial history. This museum is above what I expected as a historical location. I had a lot of fun and an exciting journey to learn and discover sailors’ life and the establishment of the shipyard in the 1890s and contemporary world. There is no admission fee to enter, and its location is close to the ferry terminal. Everyone can check it out quickly when waiting for the ferry. I have been here two times and still feel great not only the museum’s contents but also the staff’s hospitality and friendliness.

Highly recommend a visit to the Navy Museum. It is free to visit, informative, staff is very friendly, and it is kid friendly with several hands on exhibits.

The Whale Museum is an educational institution dedicated to the conservation and respectful study of marine wildlife, particularly whales, and the Salish Sea ecosystem. The exhibits are informative and interactive, offering visitors the opportunity to explore different aspects of whale biology, behavior, and communication. Visitors can stand inside an orca ribcage, compare whale brains with human brains, listen to whale calls, among other displays. The museum also features a gift shop and videos about whales.

Very cool museum! Our 3 y.o. daughter especially loved the whale bones. We all enjoyed how interactive the place was, and the variety of uses of different media. Also, we had an issue with our credit card getting charged twice on accident, and Tracy at the front desk was AWESOME. Very customer focused, attentive, and thorough. Fixed everything in a heartbeat. I was grateful to her!

Amy B — Google review

We are glad we went to the museum as it helped us learn about whales and remind us of all the things we are doing to our planet to harm this precious species. The museum is a bit dated. We watched two of the movies and they were pretty old. I still enjoyed it

Terri G — Google review

Informative museum focused on conservation and respectful, careful study of and interaction with marine wildlife (especially whales). The exhibits are interesting, and there's lots to read about whales on the self-guided tour.Experience standing inside the ribcage of an orca, seeing a whale brain vs. a human brain, listening to whale calls, and other interesting and interactive displays. There's also a nice little gift shop and videos about whales. Well worth a visit.

Teresja N — Google review

Very nice little museum. Hard to manage with a stroller, as you have you have to walk up a serious set of stairs. Honorable, scientific work.

Sherry O — Google review

Very educational, and inspiring. I could see a whale brain as an exhibit. That was just wow. Definitely recommend going to this place while at San Juan!

Tanya G — Google review

I have been obsessed with whales since I was about 7 years old, but only recently moved to the PNW where we share their waters. This museum may be small, but it is an exquisite collection, and presented very well. It is self-guided, but if you take the time to engage with the exhibits, it is time well spent.I especially loved the personal stories of all the orcas, particularly the ones with skeletons on display. It really contextualized the struggle for conservation and awareness. These incredible creatures were treated as disposable for so long; it's vital to share what we have learned about them so far.My husband and I absolutely loved the museum, and will return the next time we're in Friday Harbor.

Joi W — Google review

There are movies to watch, and a lot of very informative posts to read. All ages would be fascinated by the bones, photos, and hearing the Whales communicating. One could spend a lot of time in the museum. There are many really great books, postcards, etc. to buy in the store. This two-story building houses wonderful artifacts and first-person stories to listen to. Important research is told and written about in the museum. I will return to study more at this wonderful museum.

Julie S — Google review

Really well done exhibits with lots of information about the orcas and other whales, and very moving stories of some of the individual Southern Resident Killer Whales. Employees were kind and knowledgeable, and I attended a fantastic free talk at the museum by Brad Hanson about the status and health of the Southern Resident Killer Whale pods. If you’re planning a trip to San Juan Island the Whale Museum is whale worth a visit.

Gretchen M — Google review

Very cool but also sad. There were great displays on the pods that travel the area. We even saw some of the whales featured on our whale watching trip.

Jared M — Google review

GOOD AT EDUCATION BUT MUSEUM NEEDS AN UPGRADEThe people here are passionate about educating humans on these wonderful creatures and what can be done to protect them. However, the museum itself looks like it's from 1992 with very little interactivity and, in this day and age, that's expected. I hope they receive funding to update, as this is the perfect spot to learn about whales and then go out and see them in their natural habitat. On the plus side, the gift shop was good with a nice range of products.

Linda B — Google review

Really nice museum! Worth the time if you want to learn a lot! It’s not fancy or crowded … very consistent with the vibe of the islands.

Jeffrey S — Google review

I wasn't necessarily interested, but went based on numerous recommendations, and I was glad I did. The displays are extremely educational and include a lot of interesting information. In my opinion, the museum appears to be sadly underfunded, but they have done a remarkable job with what they have. I learned a lot that I found myself recalling later on a whale watching tour and a kayak tour.

Jeff B — Google review

Non profit. Nice exhibits of local whales - orca, humpback, minke. Information on funding and sponsoring whales and related research.

Amazing place, their exhibits are really well done and they’re varied. A lot of beautiful art and their gift shop has a lot of cool stuff, I had to be careful not to buy one of each.Highly recommend if you’re visiting, live here, with a family or by yourself.

Adriel L — Google review

This place is amazing! Reading all the stories about the pods and the Southern Resident Orcas brought tears to my eyes. 🥹 Especially the pitiful ones separated away from their beloved family.I loved the Native American story about Orcas. It is a great place to educate kids early. And me being a 33 year old adult, loved it throughly too! If you’re in Friday Harbor, do not miss out on this museum!

Purple Haze Lavender Farm is a picturesque destination with over 15,000 lavender plants and more than 50 varieties. The farm offers flower picking, picnic tables, and an ice cream stand. Visitors can explore the stunning fields of varied shades of purple and learn about the agricultural roots of America. The gift shop features a wide variety of lavender products, while the setting includes beautiful gardens, ponds, and wetlands.

Absolutely stunning place. It's popular but not necessarily crowded, so you can take many beautiful photos and enjoy walking around the quiet lavender fields. They also have a gift shop with many lavender products made locally and a drink station that sells lavender lemonade and ice cream. The lavender lemonade was delicious. I definitely recommend getting one on your next visit here.

This is one of the most beautiful lavender farms that I visited in Sequim. Everything is so well kept and organized. They even have the little picnic chairs for you to enjoy the lavender field. We got to try the lavender ice cream as well, although I wish they would add more lavender aroma in it.

Alynn N — Google review

Tranquil & beautiful! Loved coming to this farm. As a Floridian visiting WA it was a unique experience for me. I could spend all day there just sniffing the air. They have a cute farm house airbnb on the property as well as a small gift shop with all different fun trinkets. I got a small bike of perfume oil made with the lavender grown there that had amethyst in it. Felt special to be there and lucky we were some of the only ones there.

Stopped here as I was leaving town to take in all the lavender scents and start my trip off relaxed. I wandered the striped fields and gift shop. Took some nice pictures. Bought some Lemon Chiffon Ice Cream that had a hint of lemon lavender flavor. Very nice stop.

Roberta P — Google review

The most beautiful and picturesque lavender farm in Sequim, looks exactly like a postcard with tall lavender fields and cottage in the background. They have a mix of the purple lavender and also white lavender, so it is pretty scenic. We visited an hour before closing, which was a little calmer, as this place seems to get pretty crowded earlier. We did not have to pay for admission here. The lavender ice cream here is also pretty good but not really worth the price for the small amount that you get. Gift shop is okay, mostly souvenir items, as they don't have a lot of lavender products from the farm here.

Royal — Google review

All of the staff were very friendly, in the gift shop and at the ice cream shop as well. Prices are on the high side for the ice cream, but that is expected when you’re kind of paying for the experience. There was only 2-4 rows of lavender that was just starting to open up, as stated, they are in full bloom towards the end of the month. Such a beautiful and serene place to stop by. First time at a lavender farm so it was super cool! In the front was a large distillery machine for their fresh oil. Pets are allowed on a leash and with clean up! There is also a super cute cabin on the grounds that says it is available for rental! Budget friendly, family stop if you’re in the area and in search of something to do!

Purple haze lavender farm is in sequum and it is a definite stop as you ride into port. Angeles, beautiful lavender farm. We got there before it opened and they have a field that you can drive around and see it without having to pay admission before time. Lovely smell, lovely lavender fields. I even saw a beautiful woman standing in the middle.I call her my wife.

Arrangements were good such as parking, clean honey buckets, live band, shops above allFood Counter, Bar, and Ice cream Parlour. Lavender flavour lemonade and Ice cream were really good .The photo frame for the photo shoot was also a good thought.Least but not the last gift shop and Picnic tables and benches are the best thought.Entry free of $ 10 per head reasonable

We visited the lavender farm on July 17th.I read about the lavender festival on their website and was expecting a lavender bloomed garden but very few rows bloomed. The farm was beautiful but wish they mentioned the right time to visit the farm on the website (with a beautiful sight of bloomed lavender)My kids enjoyed the face painting station. Though it was extra money. the Person in charge did a great job. I would give 5 star for her.We got lavender white chocolate ice cream. It was more white chocolate I could hardly taste lavender. The staff at the ice cream stand was friendly. We went to a gift shop. I saw a board with 3 magnets. I liked one particular and asked the person in charge if they have 2. The person in billing said the ones on the board are all they have. My husband noticed two trays full of magnets on the counter. I asked if I can check that, and she said yes and I was able to find the magnet I was looking for.She need not look the magnet for me but at least could have told to me check in that tray. Not sure if she was new or rude to care about the customer.

Drove to this place from Seattle. The drive was beautiful, Sequim is a very calm and charming town. You can smell the lavender as you get close to the farm. There are several lavender farms in the valley. The farm looked peaceful and beautiful, smelled amazing as well. There is an I cream shop which sells lavender ice cream and a gift shop selling lavender themed items. They were selling lavender bouquets too.I had a great time visiting the farm and would highly recommend checking this place out in the lavender season.

Absolutely gorgeous spot for lavender. Highly recommend coming here mid July (before the festival if you want to avoid crowds). They had a cute gift shop, a few picturesque fields to explore, an ice cream and lemonade stand that had various lavender flavors. A very dreamy day was spent here (took my mom on a flower date) and the smell of lavender surrounded us. I felt like laying down and never leaving. Will definitely return annually!

Quiet, low key tourist spot. It’s free to visit and walk around. You’re not obligated to buy anything. You can bring lunch and eat at one of their picnic tables by the fields. There’s a gift shop with all the local made lavender items they create, a small informational walk thru area behind the gift shop, and the option to cut your own lavender in the fields (you pay by the bundle). It’s honestly fun just to walk around the fields and take photos even if you don’t want to cut any to take home.Warning, there were a lot of bees in the fields in early August (in case you’re allergic).

Beautiful scenery and a very amazing concept for the farm. The signs here tell a good story of how it came to be! The selection of lavender products was incredible and we tried many samplers and they were all very nice. The staff was super kind and helpful! Will come back

Lavender lemonade was really good. Their signature dish (beef savory something) was wrapped and cold😅 it tastes okay though. Maybe to keep it fresh for slow traffic. The farm is really nice picnic spot, and great for hanging out with friends/family/kids

LOVED this place. SO glad we stopped. We wandered the lavender field and had a lemon lavender ice cream sandwich (which I typically don't like since I don't like flowery tasting food) but this was REALLY good. Definitely make a stop here if you are on the island.

I love this farm!! We got some coffee in town and took a drive here and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We sat at the picnic tables and took in the views and explored the shop. We bought as much as we could that would fit in our suitcases. I'm hoping they have an online shop because I already want more of their lip balm and bath salts. Wonderful people!

Kat M — Google review

Beautiful fields to wander and a cute shop with so many lavender products to choose from! You can also cut your own bundle of lavender for $9. We didn’t spend a lot of time here, but it was fun!

Lauren T — Google review

Really wish we had more time to experience this stop on the island, we were loving all of the deliciously infused lavender products — especially the ice cream, lemonade, and chocolate! Can’t wait to return.

Jasmin P — Google review

We were here just before the lavender festival so it wasn't quite in full bloom but it was still beautiful. There are may different rows of lavender and you can cut your own flowers after checking in at the store on property. We took photos and then went into the store. They have many different locations around the country where they sell their products so if you can't come to the farm you can still purchase all they offer.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place ! If you go to Friday Harbor, this is an absolute must do!This is our second year here, and we spent 2 hours walking around the farm with our puppy. He loved it, too !The store had a lot of lavender based products with a refreshment shop where we had lavender ice cream !

We've been in love with Pelindaba Lavender Farm for nearly 20 years. Their farm is a beautiful place to visit and they have the most incredible Lavender Ice Cream Sandwiches! They make so many wonderful products right there at the farm, you definitely don't want to miss checking out their store. If you're coming to the San Juan Islands this place should be one of your top places to visit.

I am so enthralled and eternally grateful for the staff at this establishment.Doreen was incredibly informed about all the wares in the storefront. I elected to purchase the bubble bath, tea, sorbet, and a lovely card. I've enjoyed every item! I appreciated her patience and knowledge. Honorable mention: linen spray and lavender stone ground mustard. (Unfortunately I was on a budget!)We walked the grounds and the smells were amazing. Beautiful presentation and scenery. I can't recommend it enough. Do not miss this next time you visit San Juan Island.Additionally, Katie was kind and informative. She even went out of her way to assist us when our bike lock broke. I recommend this place immensely. Please visit when in Friday Harbor!

Lime Kiln Point State Park is a 36-acre day-use park located on the western side of San Juan Island, just 9 miles from Friday Harbor. It features a lighthouse and offers land-based whale-watching opportunities, as well as hiking trails and other activities. The park's coastal path provides access to the Whale Watching point where visitors can witness orca fins relatively close to the coast.

A definite location to visit when on San Juan Islands. There are hikes that are easy. Plenty of parking and restrooms. There's even a little snack shack during the day. We definitely recommend checking out the lighthouse at sunset. It may be the best place in the island to see the sun go down.

David S — Google review

This is one of the most beautiful places on the island. I could have spent all day here and been happy. Lots of beautiful coastal hiking, so bring good shoes. Great whale-watching, so bring your binoculars. A pod of orcas was swimming back and forth for 30 minutes while I was there.

One of our favorite lighthouses in San Juan island and washington. It’s very beautiful and you can spend your time watching the sunset and if you are lucky you can spot some orcas. We have always got to see porpoises in groups jumping and playing in front of us. There is a trail as well which is a walk with a nice view of the bay and Canada.Whenever we go to Friday harbor we visit this state park. They open the lighthouse in summer so if it’s open then make sure to go up and have a chat with volunteers and enjoy the view. 😊

Wonderful hiking trails to see views across Harro Strait to Vancouver Island with tops of Victoria buildings on a clear day. Lots of Madrona and Douglas Fir trees. Easy and more difficult paths. Places to just sit admire the view.

This is a really beautiful park. The trail and hike aren't too far or too strenuous, but the views are phenomenal. The lighthouse was open, and a volunteer was letting people inside and up to the top. There were lots of places to sit a rest. There are plenty of picnic benches to enjoy a meal. Perfect day!

By far, our favorite place to walk, explore and visit every time we go to San Juan, no matter what time of the year! We've gotten lucky before in the fall season. Saw Humpbacks AND Orcas! This time being it was the beginning of December, we only saw Harbor Seals, which was still awesome to us! Worth the hike- 100%!!

Beautiful park and lighthouse that is well worth the stop. Lots of trails and shoreline to explore. Picnic tables and benches are everywhere. This has never been a quick stop for me. There is an interpretive center, gift and snack shop. The lighthouse is often open where there is a small whale watching center. They provide lots of info on sightings and animal identification. I have seen whales from the shoreline before but it's been years for me, I can never get my timing right. Some trails/paths are level but most are dirt and gravel. Pretty sure they have signs around the park to let you know what trails are accessible and which ones are not. Bathrooms are available by the parking lot and have been pretty clean every time I've visited.

We hoped to see some kind of wild life, but no luck, no seals, let alone orcas, day was very windy and chilly, so only did a little hike and left. Beautiful views from everywhere you go! There is enough parking, a general store, lots of picnic benches and restrooms!

English Camp, located within the San Juan Island National Historical Park, is a preserved settlement from the mid-19th century. It offers visitors the chance to explore historic outbuildings and exhibitions while also providing opportunities for hiking through beautiful wooded areas. The site features an abandoned garrison that hikers can walk around above, giving them glimpses into life at this former military outpost. Additionally, there is a boat dock available for those who wish to arrive by water.

Nice historical site, with an old abandoned garrison that you can hike above, and walk around.

Matty B — Google review

This area has absolutely great potential to showcase more of the history. The signage and visitor center was very minimal compared to the American Camp on the island. The buildings that remain appeared to house equipment and extra furniture. It would be nice to have those buildings open up and appear like it once was during the time of operating. The trails were marked very little and there we did not see one guide while we were there on Friday, mid day.The English garden was beautiful and many flowers were in bloom. It appeared well maintained. This park has so much potential. If you travel to the American camp too you will see the stark differences.

Jessica P — Google review

Beautiful historic camp. The whole area is dotted with little boards which tell the history of the area which was nice to read. A few small walking trails spread out through the area

Azhar M — Google review

The English Camp Parade Ground is located on Garrison Bay, in the northwest corner of San Juan Island. Since time immemorial, Lummi, W̱SÁNEĆ, Songhees, Clallam, and other Coast Salish people traveled by canoe to the village site some call Pe'pi'ow'elh, Smiuth, and the Lummi Creation Island. When the Royal Marines landed at English Camp, the longhouse was torn down, and used for the military barracks, and fences. Also, the burial site on Gus Island was burned down. Archeologists removed many items to the Burke Museum and recorded that the village site showed years of a living culture as the grounds were filled with clam middens that averaged ten feet high, from thirty-five to forty feet through, by 120 yards long. The shell middens were used to pave the parade grounds at English Camp and pathways to the officers quarters.

Beautiful part of the island that is a must see! Learned some great American history and my son earned a junior ranger badge. Parking is plentiful and a short walk to the visitor center. Rangers were super nice and helpful. The 12 mins video in the visitor center was a great presentation of the history of English camp.

English Camp is a worthwhile stop. There are hiking trails, vistas and remaining buildings from the English military encampment. The vistas to the bay and the sculptured gardens come in to view after you hike in from the parking lot.

The San Juan National Historic Park is amazing....Why? Because#1. It is on an island. #2. The Washington State Ferry ride to and from the island is a treat. #3. There are two historic parts to this Park....The American Park and the English Park. #4. The American Park visitor center is brand new and opened recently. It is full of exhibits. The American Park has meadows, beaches, cliffs, and beautiful views of the ocean. If your lucky you may see deer, fox, and lots of birds including Osprey and eagles. #5. The English Park is in a heavily wooded conifer forest that opens up to the sea. Beautiful flower garden, nice trails, friendly volunteers, original buildings still on-site, large 300 year old maple tree on'site......#6. The island drive thru the island is beautiful. #7. Look for whales!!!! Along the coastline drive. #8. Spend time in town shopping and dining.

Farm

Sights & Landmarks

B & B Family Lavender Farm is a family-run farm located on 12 acres with over 14,000 lavender plants. They harvest an impressive 150,000 lavender bundles each season and process thousands of pounds of lavender using their machinery. The farm offers free informational tours and has a gift shop where visitors can check for tour schedules. Additionally, the farm serves lavender ice cream and lemonade for guests to enjoy.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at B&B Family Lavender Farm! The highlight of our visit was definitely the serene lavender field, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The gift shop was a pleasant surprise as well, offering a wide variety of lavender products that made for perfect souvenirs. We chose to go early in the morning, and it was the best decision—we practically had the place to ourselves. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this gem. A stop at B&B Family Lavender Farm is something you definitely won’t regret!

Nook H — Google review

This farm is adorable. We were staying at an air BNB close to the farm and we saw the fields from the road. As soon as we arrived we were received with excitement by the family. They gave us a free tour inside the barn and we were able to see how they process the lavender. The whole family was working diligently in different parts of the process and, as we walked inside the facility, they answered all our questions. We visited their gift shop and got lots of cute things for our friends. Pillows for the neck, creams, lotions, sacks of fresh lavender, face mask and soap. Many of the gifts came in a cute set with a wooden basket, and a bow. After shopping we walked the fields and took a look at all the different types of lavender that they grow. We highly recommend this place.

What a fun place! I had a great time visiting this lavender farm, walking up and down all the rows of abundantly fragrant lavender! But if you go, be sure to take the tour first! It is excellent! And hope the funny guy with the long curly hair is giving it. You will have a greater understanding of what you are looking at. Who knew there were so many different types of lavender!

Adorable lavender farm and shop! Met one of the owners who was very sweet. We had a ~15 minute tour that was educational and fun! The lavender in the fields wasn't quite blooming yet, they said that will be more in July. Still had lots of fun wandering, eating ice cream, and browsing!

Alyssa K — Google review

Great family run farm and a perfect place to visit during Lavender Festival Weekend. Incredible selection of products in the gift shop and tours to teach about growing and harvesting this amazing plant. My wife had a blast doing the U-cut harvesting with multiple varieties to choose from. For the best pictures, head to the farthest back lots and shoot from a low position. This gives you a chance to get the Olympic Mountains in your background and avoid cars and people being in frame.

David B — Google review

Words cannot even describe how much I love this farm!! We stopped by in May before the lavender bloomed and it was still the most wonderful experience. The owner helped me pick out my very own lavender plant to bring home. They are incredibly knowledgeable there and very eager to share their love for lavender. Their ice cream also is the best lavender ice cream I have ever had in my life (bonus for being dairy free and still super creamy!!). I wish we weren’t so far away from here, otherwise I’d be back more often!! I’d give more stars if I could and I definitely recommend stopping by no matter the time of year 💜

We had an excellent experience! There was even a surprise guided tour by one of the owners who had worked on the farm for 10 years! It was really fun to learn about the lavender harvesting process. The lavender lemonade and ice cream were also excellent.

Our family had such a fun and educational experience at the B&B Lavender Farm! The staff (Marie, Rob, Kristy) made our adventure so fun. Thanks to Rob for remembering my name when we came by to pick up more treasures the following day! And to Taylor, working the gift shop on day 2. You filled our hearts with smiles and so much lavender! A perfect vacation on the summer solstice. 💜

Afterwards we visited the Gift shop.We enjoyed the visit there, it was relaxing to get whiffs of the lavender as the wind blew, it was neat to learn how the lavender is processed and I enjoyed getting some souvenirs to take home with me! 🙂

Fantastic farm experience. Loved the lavender fields, the informative free tour, the lovely gift shop and the delicious Lavender Ice cream. It was a wonderful experience..loved photographing the fields...plenty of parking. Highly recommend visiting during July when it's peak bloom time!

I visited many lavender farms, and B&B Family Lavender Farm is the best. Everyone was so friendly, nice, and informative. I enjoyed the tour around the barn and learned about the farm's history and the processes of preserving lavenders. The lavender was not fully blooming yet, but it was great to wander around the fields and enjoy the breeze and the light lavender smell. The lavender ice cream was delicious. Their jams were amazing, especially the new flavor, Blueberry Lemon Lavender Jam. The sugar blend was great with coffee and tea. The shipping was fast and each jar was wrapped carefully. I will definitely order more jams and sugar, and visit the farm again to get more goodies.

Thank you for a fun educational and lovely warm welcome you gave us to your lavender farm and shop. We really enjoyed using the picnic areas, our little one could enjoy his lunch and we enjoyed browsing your beautiful store with lots of goodies and variety of gift ideas to choose from. Free tours a plus!

My husband and I stopped in today to visit. What a beautiful, friendly place! The employees were all cheerful and helpful. The 15 minute tour is worth the time….very instructive!! Who knew there was so much to lavender! Rob is THE BEST tour guide and Hula is THE BEST doggo sidekick! Make sure to give her pets🥰

If you only visit one lavender farm during lavender season, visit this one. The owner is nice and gave us a nice overview of the area, explaining the difference between French and English lavender. The lavender fields are nicely labeled with the type of lavender as well. The gift shop has so many specialty with lavender from the farm, and the owner even demonstrated the equipment used to extract lavender to make their products (like essential oils, lavender cleaning products, etc are made). They have an area where they hang bushels and bushels of lavender, and you can buy dried or freshly picked lavender, but the best experience is going to the u-pick areas and cutting your own lavender (there’s a lot of happy honeybees buzzing here but they are friendly).
